Title: Unfair Hard Breach for Swing Trading TP Hit During News!Review:I am highly disappointed with Mockapital. My account was hard breached under the excuse of "news trading," which is completely unfair. I am a swing trader, and I opened my trade a day before the news with proper technical analysis. It was NOT an intentional news trade.The news event happened to trigger my Take Profit (TP) which was set way in advance. When I contacted support, they rigid-mindedly stated that TP/SL hits within the 5-minute window are considered a breach. This is predatory behavior. Legitimate prop firms only deduct the specific trade profit in such cases; they do not terminate the entire account for a pre-set swing trading TP execution.I have full proof, dashboard screenshots, and trade logs showing that this trade was running since yesterday. Treating genuine swing traders like news gamblers is highly unprofessional. Resolve this issue and restore my account, or I will file a payment dispute with my bank.Account ID: Trading ID : 1003345.)..
UPDATE: The team’s response confirms a predatory structural loophole. My platform data logs prove the order was active for over 26 hours before the news. A pre-set TP is an automated resting limit order, not manual news-spiking or market manipulation. Penalizing a 26-hour swing trade because of platform automation goes against standard industry fair-play. Since Mockapital refuses to acknowledge basic trading mechanics and timelines, I have initiated a formal dispute/chargeback with my bank for service denial and will expose this data across all trading forums.

Dear Abdul,
We have already explained this matter to you in detail through our email correspondence, including the exact reason for the breach.
The key fact is that your Take Profit was executed during the restricted high-impact news window. In our correspondence, you acknowledged that the TP was triggered during this period. Your continued argument that the trade was “not intentional” because you are a swing trader does not change how the rule applies.
Mockapital does not offer a separate swing account with different news-trading rules. The same News Trading restriction applies to all standard accounts, including trades opened well before the news event. Any TP, SL, pending order, or manual execution during the restricted window is treated accordingly.
The TP was placed by you on your own account and executed automatically by the trading platform when price reached the level you had set. Mockapital cannot place, modify, or trigger trades on behalf of a trader.
Your case was also manually reviewed following your appeal. No system or execution error was found, and the platform records confirmed that the breach was applied correctly.
You are, of course, free to disagree with the rule, but describing the breach as false, unfair, or predatory does not accurately reflect what occurred on the account.
