I’ve been playing Castle and FreeCell on my iPad for years. I’ve got quite a high “streak” on both. Recently the first Ad which appears when I press Play after the opening screen takes me into my Browser to see more. This is not on! Apart from it being annoying, it means the Ad is longer than 40 seconds. I immediately cancel it, clear it off my screen and then I have access to the new game. As soon as my streak in each is lost, I will uninstall the games and then Mobilityware won’t be showing any Ads to me. Today I found out when I closed FreeCell I had been on Premium - No Ads so why did I have to watch 2 before I could resume playing the Game?

The games are fun and challenging, BUT LATELY ON MY IPHONE THE GAMES ARE BEING RANSOMED BUT APPLE SECURITY CLAIMING THE PHONE IS BEING INFECTED BY VIRUSES AND YOU MUST DOWNLOAD APPS OR THEY WONT LET YOU PLAY!

Twice now I have seen an ad “for Canadians over 50”which automatically (not by clicking) takes you to a fake yet rather convincing CBC ad claiming that Rosemary Barton exposed the Governor of Bank of Canada. The so-called news article goes on to say that newscaster Barton herself made $4400 from $400 in a few weeks using the same app that banks use to make money from our own bank deposits. Don’t forget that what appears too good to be true usually is.

MobilityWare is condoning these fraudulent ads. They make money from ads that are fraudulent. Isn’t that a direct link?

It is best to delete their apps because they are only half a step removed from actual malware.

I like the games. But, WARNING: stay away from the advertisers. Many seem to be scams and deceptive.

The games suck, especially Rummy. It cheats you out of points and the ads never quits. Poor to no customer service.

I can’t speak to the other games but while the hearts game is a challenging play, it also cheats. If you score well it will deal you 4-5 impossible hands in a row to correct the situation. It will also promote “Special” challengers 40-50 points ahead of you when you advance to the next level regardless of how far they are behind.

I installed Rummy by Mobility Ware through a that has all these kinds of offers, games, surveys and so on. For those who are not familiar, Rummy is that card game people usually play in the evening, a bit tired already for interesting conversations but still want to do something. So they play this super exciting game which works as a natural sleeping pill. And it works.

So getting down to what matters. I saw the opportunity to make some easy bucks and started playing. First level awarded almost instantaneously. 2nd level, no. Thought it just a delay an went on. Levels 3, 4 and 5 perfect. From this point on, no award was paid. Opened a ticket but as usual I did something wrong, VPN, tracking and so on. Nothing new, just those automated kind replies as if they cared. What's intriguing in this case is the had I done anything wrong, why did they pay 3 awards after the one they never credited? Maybe they were kind and thought I deserved a few pennies after tons of ads I have watched. Truth is, nothing was wrong, they just cut off the awards as it began to grow. After all, endless ads and ads free purchased packages are enough for the company payroll but what about the fat bonus managers and board members need to keep the lavish lives most of them have? That's on us, the clowns who play for days, watch zillions of ads and purchase packages that won't work.

I saw a video on YouTube where this guys basically defended the idea any decent, respectable is better than literally waste time and energy of your life to get absolutely nothing? I couldn't agree more with him. That's how these companies work, no isolated cases here, it happens ALL the time.

If they were honest, decent ata minimum acceptable degree, they would let us know should any of these technical issues took place, they have the means to do it. It's stratospheric naivety to believe these guys are decent professionals. They are not.

I absolutely love playing Castle and my very favourite is the weekly garden flower game within Castle. Yes, the ads are annoying and repetitive, aren’t they on nearly all games? I play every single day and have a tally of 319 days straight. I’m going for a whole year 😀. Well done Mobility Ware for such a great game,

I agree that customer service apparently no longer exists. I feel like I get penalized for earning ad-free play. For example, in the last few weeks I’ve noticed that timed event challenges, which you only get two chances to win, are impossible to win in the time limit given. This has happened to me two days in a row now, and I’ve been playing these games for years.

I play gin rummy okay I'm the current leader over 45k points but I still get adverts even if you pay to block adverts

The adverts for weight-loss drugs claiming to be endorsed by Boots have been banned yet they still appear.

I have payed to remove adds 3 times now why are they back again! It should be a one of payment for every game I play within your card apps. I play 5 different and each one you want £4.99 a month for. So you’re asking me to pay £25 a month £300 a year to not watch adverts for card games!!! that’s not fair. Day light robbery adverts every minute so not worth it. Don’t waist your download time. Plus advert are repetitive and you can’t get out of them without watching the whole 60/120 seconds.

The ads take over your phone. You can't exit the ad, when you push the X to leave the ad, it takes you to their website. Other ads freeze your phone until they run their 2 X 6 seconds ads. Meaning you can't even swipe out of the game itself until the 2 ads finish. This is getting out of hand the control of our phones are being handed over to anyone. I don't feel safe with my personal data.

Great games but scam ads for Boots. Mobilityware do not seem to take responsibility for scam advertisers. Shame on them.

The MobilityWare is an online gaming company which has grown to a multi continent gaming platform. They have achieved this using number of Shady practices including game rigging, intrusive software, excessive advertisement, cheating, falsifying and not delivering the product that they got paid for. The platform is full of advertisements by fraudulent websites that are ripping the players on daily basis. There’s been several class action lawsuits against this company and its dishonest management yet they continue to operate without any accountability and remorse for their illegal actions and bandit behavior. This is another direct result of our government and Justice Department weakness when it comes to protecting their citizens against big corporations with lot of money and lobbying power. However after all said and done the number one to blame for this is us the people/consumer and our addiction to virtual space, flashing lights, explosions and colorful displays. We must learn how to be in control again!

I have played for years Spider solitaire 2-suit challenge every day until i solve the puzzle but for the last two months games I have won and the win recorded on the score card are now showing up as not played which makes a mockery of my monthly tallies. I am not prepared to replay games already played so I have decided not to continue playing.
