First class service from Mobility in Motion
I had a 'Mobility In Motion' haust fitted to my car late last year. From initial telephone discussions to actual fitting of the device, M in M guided me smoothly through all procedures. The haust has since performed perfectly and I consider it extremely good value for money. Thank you M in M.

Struggling to provide a good service
As a private purchaser, I think the charges are excessive which is a result of this company effectively having a monopoly in our area, having taken over the competition. They are under-staffed of skilled engineers, most installs are unique to the vehicle type and require an engineer to have years of experience. The engineer who came to install the Lodgerson system was excellent but was totally fed up with the company management and order processing by poorly trained agents that created excessive mistakes. In fact he had tended his resignation. It is impossible to speak direct with the local depot without getting picked up by the head-office then having to wait for days to get a call back. This company is struggling to provide the service previously given by the original business. Installation dates are slow but they will not progress an order without full proforma payment, a deposit would be more reasonable.

Hello Paul, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are really sorry to hear that you feel this way. Our Head of Customer Excellence has looked into this and spoken with the Hub Manager who has been working with you on this to request that he reach out to you, to understand how we can help further. Our products are designed, manufactured with high quality materials and rigorously tested within the UK and our prices include installation and a 3 year warranty. We are also extremely sorry for the views shared by the engineer who came out to see you, and like you mention, he is no longer with the company. All of our engineers who are sent out are fully trained on all of the products and are audited to ensure that they are adhering to the high standards required. We do hope this provides more clarity on some of the points raised and hope you enjoy driving with your newly fitted adaptation!
