Mike from Mobility 1st went above and beyond with relocating a stairlift from my uncle's property to my mum's home when it was urgently required. Initial enquiry made on the Friday, collected it from Manchester on the Monday, striped down and checked it over then installed at my mum's in Forest of Dean on the Wednesday. Excellent professional service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Start to finish, we were completely reassured about everything.
Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful team. I can not recommend them enough. They have made mine and my mums life so much better through not having to worry about my mum climbing the stairs. From calling late Thursday afternoon, Mike arrived promptly Friday morning and fitted my mums new lovely stair lift. We are extremely pleased with everything and did not feel pressured at all. We were reassured from the start that it would be on our time scale if and when we wanted to go ahead and that when we were ready, so would they be. Thank you so much once again!

Having spoke to several well known companies providing stairlifts, Mobility first was the obvious choice! They were highly accommodating and from start to finish they applied no pressure on us and were so helpful and friendly. Not to mention the most reasonably priced! Fantastic service!! Carly helped and advised me whilst I was dealing with a sensitive situation and arranged to have my stairlift removed within several hours.
