I’m really pleased with the service. A part of my Karma wheelchair had broken, and it was replaced very quickly. The team was approachable and supportive, and they patiently guided me when I had doubts about folding the wheelchair. I truly appreciate the help of Andy Hackney, who resolved my issue smoothly.

Mobility Co. went over and above to ensure my husband got the correct electric powered wheelchair. I would highly recommend this company.

The seatvis very uncomfortable and back rest too low.
Wish I had bought another model but only sat on it for a few minutes ride round the block before deciding to buy.No cushion available for this model MLite 301.

Very understanding and helpful staff at the Mobility Co in Macclesfield. Thank you James and Mason. Regarding the Marlin I will reserve judgement until I have used it for a while. It provides the leg room that I need, it's easy to manoeuvre and quite nippy. However can be a bumpy ride on Wilmslow's notoriously uneven pavements. Also I was somewhat surprised to find that the back wheels got stuck when negotiating a very small curb, less than quarter inch, getting up a drive way. The arrangement for storing crutches is not ideal but I think this will apply to all models.

I made my order over the phone as I had some queries. Mason was excellent and helped me to decide what to buy. He even pointed me towards a competitor for something he could not supply. The icing on the cake was that I had a deadline for getting the chair that was only 2 business days. This required a delivery method which MobilityCo do not generally use, there was no extra charge for me and I have the chair in time. Absolutely exemplary customer service.

I have been wanting to purchase the Robooter E60 pro for many months now, so after hearing a very positive review of MobilityCo selling another person this chair, I decided to go with them. James Gray contacted me to help me figure out my options financially which I really appreciated. He was very kind and helpful, I would highly recommend him and MobilityCo!

Delivery s little longer than expected but received in good condition and fully working order

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address.
We recieved a box with a meal for 5.
With help from Google we were able to correct the dpd error.My walking was exchanged for the box containing a meal for 5.

Ordered a mobility scooter for my sister as she struggles with breathing and walking. It needed to be light and manageable to lift in and out of the car boot. It seemed to fit the bill so was ordered.
The promotion said it would give up dates on delivery etc, but in fact it gave the day only with no estimated time slot. This meant we had to stay in all day, it did arrive at 14.30pm.
It was delivered on a pallet and the box was a little damaged but we thought it would be packaged well and accepted the order.(The guy was waiting to leave)
On opening and putting together all was looking good until we tried to move it. There was a piece missing next to the wheel which meant the wheel was against the motor. By then the box was good and soggy after a downpour!
However after a call to the company the very nice man said he would deal with it first thing in the morning. And he did! Next morning we had a call to say a new one was on its way. Could we use the new box to pack it up and they would organise collection of the faulty one.
This we did.
It came early this time🥰 and they took both pallets which were no good to us.
Second one was put together and all was fine.
It’s been out on its first journey and all seems fine so far.
Although we had a few issues to begin with, it was all dealt with professionally, we were left happy customers.

Phoned with some questions in mind spoke to Mason lovely friendly conversation all questions answered 1st class service. Looking forward to arrival of my scooter.

Brilliant design and very light. The seat is not the most comfortable, and the backrest needs to go higher, maybe by a pull up section. No horn, no reverse warning and most importantly it has the turning circle of the Titanic. and reverse is selected by a switch, a nuisance if your manoeuvring in confined spaces. The instructions are incomplete as you have a yellow release lever to actuate to collapse the chair. No instructions, pictures or video shows this. Having said all that I really like it especially the fact you can shorten the length by pulling up footplate and pushing front wheels back. Fits in wife's Honda jazz easily. After using the scooter for 2 hours on Southsea sea front I was extremely uncomfortable. I have ordered some memory foam to make something for the hard seat. That didn't work as the density was too low. The so called soft rubber seat is in fact a relatively hard rubber seat So in retrospect I cannot recommend the scooter. As I won't be using it for anything more than a hours shopping. My other mobility scooter costing a 1/3 of the price is far more comfortable.
