left an item to get fixed and 3 weeks later still haven’t gotten it back

I gave my phone 2 days ago to this shop. They said we can repair it and it will be perfectly fine next day. When i go they said they need 1 day more to fix this problem.
Today when i went to take my phone they said we cant repair it, it would be difficult for us. They take 2 days and problem was nit solved.
Then i take my phone to next plaza smartifix shop, when he checks he said all parts of your phone wAs totally damaged by previous guy. IC, memory, board all thing were overheated and damaged. Hate mobile street shop, not recommended to all of you. 👎

I was recommended to go to this shop by 02. I cannot fault them. I had trouble with my battery charge. They replaced the battery but explained it might be the charging port. 2 days later I was back as the problem still persisted. They replaced the charging port at no extra cost. Everything was explained clearly from the outset, prices & conditions etc. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. 2 nice young guys!

Popped into Mobile Street in Ashford as my mobile phone was not charging, the dude cleared the blockage FOC, excellent customer service, thank you very much...

Most terrible shop, took my galaxy mobile in for repair, and they fitted a new charging socket, which lasted 2.5 weeks, I took it back and they refused to do anything about it, UNPROFESSIONAL-UNHELPFUL and terrible workmanship or sub standard parts used. obviously i'll never go back there again

Maidstone store. I had a 'messages' problem with my mobile. The man in the shop was very helpful. Immediately explained how to resolve the problem without cost. I have used this branch before with an equally successful outcome.

Ashford store repair my Sony Xperia XZ premium screen for me. probably know it went wrong after it got fixed which was my fault but they sorted it for me they really went the extra mile I will definitely recommend them thank you ever so much for your time and help., good people

I paid £25 for a screen saver to be fitted by the store using a special machine. Got a receipt only because I paid by card and asked for the receipt. One week later the screen saver is coming away . Back to the shop with phone and receipt "can't help mate, need to fit another and it'll be £25". What a poor original job, clearly no warrant of any sort and rubbish customer service. Highstreet robbery!

Asked for some assistance with my phone couldn’t fix it, took it gone repaired it myself a week later! In the interim brought a phone to use from them for £100 and wouldn’t refund or exchange! Poor performance, poor attitude, poor experience
