I have already issue this to Mmonster support Whatsapp,Discord & Javes.co email.. all start ignored me when i'm start talk about the payment not deliver to booster.

When i talk to the Mmonster support "where to report issue about payment not deliver yet" & they say "we cant help you about that"

Just where am i suppose to report about "booster not getting paid" at? when u guys ignored it.

When i Open trustpilot Review on Mmonster, some of the booster report about not getting paid & then Mmonster replied "The payout is handled by third party & we recommend contacting support team "
And the support team totally ignored when I talking about payment.

Bro, we boosting your customer account through the Javes.co & we do have chat with the customer in Mmonster discord too..

But, just how you guys doesn't care when the payout is handled by third party that you guys suggest us from ur website?

Not just that.. We totally fulfill your customer order & they are from Mmonster customer.. But where is the money at? you want me to blame the Javes/third party instead when Mmonster are the one receiving the money from the customer?

You guys send the client to us using the third party & yet you guys don't have any record about how much money you guys suppose to pay to the booster?
(You think our life is joke isn't?)

But when the customer orders not being taken by Booster for few days, you guys start saying to the customer "Oh sorry, we have technical issue beyond our control"... Bro the customer orders got delayed because you guys doesn't pay the booster, how do u guys expect the booster to keep working with you?

One of the staff say the debt will be paid in May..,
but how am i going to trust they going to pay me in May? when it keep getting delayed for others booster too?

They dont pay the pro players, I did 4 orders for them and waited months for my payment but it never came. When i asked them about it they just dismissed my request. Scammers

Very Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend

I ordered coaching for Clash Royale on mmonster.co and this has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had.

First, I was told it would usually take 1–2 hours to assign a pro player. Then it suddenly became “up to 72 hours.” I ended up waiting almost 4 days with constant messages like “we’re still searching” and “we’ll update you in 24 hours.” Every day it was the same response with no real progress.

At one point, they even initiated a refund after I said I was frustrated and considering leaving a negative review. The ticket was switched to “Waiting on refund.” When I said I still wanted coaching, they switched it back to “Assigning a pro player.” This felt very unprofessional and disorganized.

Throughout the process, I kept asking for clear information:
• When exactly will I get a coach?
• How does the coaching work?
• Why is it taking so long?

The answers were always vague. After several days of waiting, they finally told me they don’t have any players available for coaching. Instead of immediately offering a proper refund to my original payment method, they first suggested replacements or store credit (“Mmonster coins”), which I absolutely did not want.

Waiting several days only to be told that no coach is available is unacceptable. If you don’t have coaches available, don’t sell coaching services.

Communication was repetitive, slow, and felt copy-pasted. The whole experience was frustrating and stressful when all I wanted was to improve at the game.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform. Be careful before ordering coaching here.

I choosed the Self Play option and the Support was on point. They stayed in touch with me, got a fast response and helped me to send some screenshots to my pro player who helped me out. The player who played with me was very patient with me and we had a lot of fun

I absolutely love the team at MmonsteR. They are always so quick to respond, they make communication quick and easy, are willing to work with you on pricing if you have progress/found a deal to price match. They are very transparent about how long things will take and make communication with your booster seamless if you request to. I have been using them on Clash Royale for a few months and I can offer nothing but sincere gratitude and praise and cannot thank the team enough for all they do.
