This company is absolutely brilliant. Booked a home visit for next day (on a bank holiday!) for my 86 year old mum.
Syed was a lovely young chap, knowledgeable, good with my mum and so helpful and accommodating. I would not go anywhere else should I, or any of my family, need earwax removal in the future.
I contacted MK earwax clinic about visiting my elderly Uncle in his care home to clear the wax from his ears as it was impossible to get him to any shop or clinic to do this.
The local community Nurse and ENT unit had already told us that they didn’t visit care homes.
They were brilliant from the word go. Contacted and liaised with the Nursing home directly to book a time and although the Home asked them to attend early evening, they were happy to accommodate this.
They cleared both ears for him and even took the time after the visit to call me straight away to let me know how things had gone.
