The works have been performed by Max, and right after the visit I have got a call from him in which he thoroughly explained to me all the issues that he had identified in the property. The report has been provided within a week and contained all the details which Max has explained to me before. I have ordered Level 3 report for a Victorian terrace, and this was the right decision. The report has highlighted the issues which were not mentioned by the estate agency and that changed completely the purchase price. I am very grateful to Max for his thorough work and detailed report as it helped me to make the right decision about the property.
