Mixperfume Arvostelua 

My first order the item was out of stock. I ordered Good Girl Supreme by Carolina Herrera. Customer support didn’t notify me until long after I should’ve received it. They gave me options for the replacement and additional goodies for my troubles. After replying with my decision I finally received replacement. Two of the samples I requested of Good Girl Supreme were actually Very Good Girl but marked as Supreme. (I have a bottle of Very Good Girl so was able to compare to be sure). The rest was correct and they did send extra samples of other scents for my troubles as promised.
I decided to give them another chance, I placed 2 orders, one I paid extra for express. Sadly after weeks NOTHING! The tracking number showed awaiting item and the express order showed it still hadn’t shipped. I reached out to customer support. It took weeks just to get a response telling me yet again one item in each order was out of stock. I’ve replied now with 4 separate emails with my request for the replacement, after a month I still have not received a response to my replacement request emails.
Now it’s been almost 2 months and haven’t received anything from either order or even a replacement, tracking number still shows the same thing it did 2 weeks after order was placed and other than one email saying one of my items were out of stock I haven’t received ANY other emails for customer support. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND.

I’ve placed a few orders with MixPerfume and have been happy every time. I did have a shipping issue with my last order, but customer service was quick to respond and took care of it right away. They kept me updated and made sure everything was resolved. Great customer service and authentic fragrances. I’ll be back for more.

This is an update to my review of MixPerfume. I had received the wrong perfume and was having trouble reaching them. They did get in touch with me to resolve the situation. They do provide a great product.

Non existent customer service. Took over a month to receive my order. Reached out twice during this period of time to inquire about the delay and received no response. Once my order finally arrived, it was incorrect (incorrect sizes, fragrances, & color of travel spray case) and one of the bottles had a leaking/defective atomizer. Reached out again for support, zero response.

Sounds like is now an occurring issue.
I placed my order on May 8th, I was charged for my items and the system reported that the order was fulfilled and shipping label created. Till this day, May 20th, the items have never been sent to the courier. I have sent multiple emails to request a status update and they have all been ignored. Not sure what the issue is, but I do feel scammed here. I have to say that I have ordered from this place a few times in the past with no issues. Anyways, please do not place an order, they might be running a scam now. You will just lose your hard earned money. Thank you

It takes a special kind of incompetence to send a 'Review Your Purchase' email for an item that is still sitting on your desk eleven days after you took my money.

You printed a shipping label on May 4th to trick the system into thinking you’ve fulfilled the order, but you never actually handed the package to USPS. That’s not a 'delay'—that’s a deliberate misrepresentation of your work.

I’ve sent multiple emails and website messages, all of which you’ve ignored while you spend your time posting stolen memes on social media. If you spent half the effort on logistics that you do on your Instagram feed, you might actually be a legitimate business.

Bank dispute is officially open. I don't pay for tracking numbers; I pay for products. You’ve failed at the most basic level of commerce.

To anyone reading this: Save your money. This isn't a perfume shop; it's a glorified label-printing hobby run by people who can't handle a simple mailbox.

UPDATE (June 13, 2026)
I placed my order on May 3rd. It arrived a few days after Memorial Day — well past the expected delivery window.

On June 5th, Melissa from customer support reached out to apologize and offered to send some fragrance samples free of charge to make up for it. The samples arrived, and I considered the matter resolved.

On Friday, June 12th, Melissa reached out again — this time offering a personalized $20 coupon and asking me to update this review to reflect the resolution.

I understand this is a small business, and I appreciate that they tried to make it right. But my own consensus is this: they messed up, they tried to do right, but the damage is done. I won't be a repeat customer. My one star will remain so future customers can decide for themselves.

La verdad me gusto mucho esta compra, volveria a comprar, la presentacion esta super porque puedes llevarlo a todos lado, las fragancias son Originales, la atención y la entrega fue rápida.

My original order did not come. After a month of no show, I emailed customer support about the issue. Gabriel got in touch with me, checked tracking, and resend my order with an added gift, which came promptly. I am very happy with the perfume I received. As they were able to right the wrong, I will be ordering from them again.

Impresionantes los envases y por supuesto perfumes originales, ni hablar de la rapidez del envío.

Had an issue with the delivery, I think Usps list it, Mixperfume immediately corrected it, sent the product again and even a little extra gift!!!

I was upset that my Coco Parfum wasn't received in a timely manner
I had ordered it well ahead of the holidays but the post office held up the shipping--it was not the fault of Mixperfume. They resolved the issue and although I was out of state at Christmas it was here when I returned, along with two nice samples.

The overall experience was good, timeliness of delivery, good communication and ease of ordering however the sample was very disappointing. I ordered New York Bond No. 9 and it has no notes of patchouli which is typically woodsy and earthy. Not happy.

There was a mixup. It will be taken care of! Customer service is really great! Send it back yesterday! Will reorder! Wonderful experience!

Fabu smells. It's the real thing. I may only be able to buy the tiny viles, still worth it!!!!!!!!🖤🤗🤗🖤

Slight mixup on the quantities of fragrances I ordered but they were quick to make things right and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and you can't beat the prices of the fragrances they have
