There are lots of printheads, I got the item I was looking for

This company is a scam! I ordered a Roland versacamm printer in January and when I hadn’t received it after over a month. I contacted them and asked them when my printer would arrive. I was told it had to be shipped from Indonesia, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere on their website and it would be another 30 days before I received it. At the first of March, I got an email saying my printer had arrived at the Port in New York, but the tracking information showed my printer in Los Angeles and I owed $1230 for taxes and duties. I again emailed Mitralrint asking about these crazy fees. I was expected to pay and was very rudely responded to saying I should’ve expected this because I ordered the printer from out of my country. I finally agreed to send the payment via ACH from my bank account because I desperately needed the printer to open a business. I never got another response from the shipping company with further instructions on when I would’ve just received my printer. I again emailed this company because that’s really the only way you can contact them and was told they would reach out to the shipping company.. when I still hadn’t heard anything on a ship date or receiving date from the shipping company. I emailed this company again and now have been both ghosted by both Mitraprint and Nippon cargo the shipping company. So not only am I out my printer and the taxes and duty fees. I have now waited an extra four months to open my print company because this company is a scam and liars.

I was skeptical at first, but I was referred by another printer, so I decided to move forward. Unfortunately, this company turned out to be a complete scam.

I communicated with a representative via WhatsApp, made payment, and received nothing in return. No refund. No follow-up. No response.

I’m especially frustrated because I knew better, but I was trying to fix my machine and get back to earning. That urgency cost me.

Do NOT purchase from this company. Save yourself the time, money, and stress.

Bought a Roland printer and a GBC laminator from them both are genuine and perform beautifully. Customer service was helpful when I had setup questions.

Ordered an Epson printer from Mitraprint and it arrived earlier than expected. Everything was well packaged and works perfectly. Great experience overall!
