For most people, this is probably a fine supplement. However, it made me dizzy and gave me a headache.
The only possible side effect they list is mild nausea, which I did NOT experience. I wish they would have said that it can cause dizziness. And, make sure you read the return policy CAREFULLY. Not having tried this before, I got 1 bottle. For a refund, you have to have gotten 3 bottles. They do say this if you look up conditions of the guarantee (I later discovered), but it's unusual to have to purchase 3 bottles to be eligible; most people would not think the guarantee only applied if you bought 3 bottles! I asked for an exception to be made and for me to return the bottle (less 1 capsule) for a refund, but they never responded.
Edit: MitoQ reached out to me and offered me a refund. They didn't ask for the bottle to be sent back to them, which is good because it's inconvenient to have to go to a shipping place.
They seemed genuinely concerned that I had a bad experience and asked if I would mind answering some questions about my experience w/ MitoQ Pure.
I didn't mind as, like the company, I would like to prevent anyone else from having a negative response.
I don't know how rare or common my response was.
It can't be that common, because they do state on their website that the supplement can cause mild nausea and if it they were aware that it can also cause dizziness and mild headache, I think they would have mentioned it.
They seem like a "stand up" company.

The one supplement I never like to go without and when I do I actually notice a difference in my energy levels.

order process and deivery are ok

Delivery to a post box is a continuing issue. DHL
won't deliver to a rural address [where we live and there is no alternative address to this or the PO Box]
Each delivery has become more and more obstructive.
The reservation by MitoQ, including its 'science department', in communicating expectations and advice with regards to health outcomes, is also disappointing. Specific questions in the past have just not been answered. There must have been enough 'feed back' from subscribers to know what is going on at the consumer end.

I’m rating this one star only because I haven’t received my order yet. Today is the 16th and the tracking says it’s scheduled to arrive on the 19th. Ask me again in a couple weeks after I’ve received it and used it for a while.
I’m looking g forward to giving it 5 stars.

I like knowing that there are off the average supplements that help mitochondria. I'm always fascinated by the science!

Haven't really been able to test this properly, as I find it hard to remember to take the pills half an hour before a meal.

I received a quick response, though the speed at which my order was processed meant that my mistake was too late to fix. The person who emailed me was incredibly proactive, ensuring that my double subscription was corrected to a single one and adjusting my order to the preferred delivery time. I really appreciate this suggestion, as it wasn’t something I would have thought of on my own, and it saved me from needing to email again.

Combined with a series of supplements, MitoQ has been assisting me to transition to a lower carb diet whilst maintaining high energy levels for ultra endurance cycling events & training. One of the best supplements I have tried. At first I didn't feel the difference, but 3 months in, people around me started noticing. I stopped taking it and I understood the benefits. It gives me more energy, better sleep, and a measurably improvement in my HRV. It has become a staple in my protocol! I highly recommend it! Oh, and customer support is absolutely brilliant!

I take a lot of supplements and over the years I've wondered which ones are helping, and which ones are a waste. I have fibromyalgia and have struggled with sleep, energy, and a multitude of other issues. After about three weeks of taking Mido Q I started noticing a significant difference in my energy levels and some pain relief. I finished one bottle of MitoQ pure but decided on this order to do the MidoQ joint as I also have osteoarthritis. I'll update my review after taking that for a month or two, but this is one of the best supplements I've ever used.

The new packaging looks to be a primary price driver. I’d prefer less elaborate packaging and a more reasonably priced product.

Such a good product, so reliable in postage and updates

It appears the company is very good. The articles on research are good as I also checked on PubMed and the like. As far as how it is affecting me, I've only been on it 30 days. I think it's helping a little with my energy. I am chronically fatigued from lack of a thyroid and heavy stress, so I really don't expect an instant cure. I am combining this supplement with a metabolic diet and exercising. Fingers crossed!

I used to take MitaQ a few years ago, I really worked well for me as I wasn’t tired and my body was less stressful. I decided to try again as my health has deteriorated with neuropathy starting from the feet upwards, at this stage I don’t really feel much benefit from taking it, I did order three months supply so to be fair I have one and a half months to go. If anyone knows a cure of this dreadful condition let me know?
