product great and service great with rapid delivery

I had a specific request for a product with a European plug, and Mitchell Cooper where able to provide it at a reasonable price compared to other companies. The whole process was smooth, and their customer service really stood out.

A big thank you to Jimmy especially emailing me when he was off sick on a friday which saved me a whole weekend. This kind of responsiveness and efficiency is exactly what great customer service looks like.

Highly recommend Mitchell Cooper for both their pricing and support!

It is always a pleasure shopping with Mitchell & Cooper

Having never dealt with the procurement of cup dispensers before, Mitchell and Cooper took the time to educate me and provide me with a very swift solution, outstanding service overall !

Very quick
Arrive in 2 days

Posted quickly and the item is fantastic. The box it came in was much too big for the item though - huge!

What a pleasure to have been directed by Nemox to their UK disti. A fantastic attitude to customer and sales support, no matter how small the need. As a inexperienced domestic customer, Jimmy made a journey in to the unknown a personable and efficient experience. Many thanks!

Very helpful, very fast service ! Will definitely be a returning customer ! Thank you !

Fast efficient service
Very good customer services and received order next day
Will definitely use again

Issue with my address for my order. They phoned me and ask for correction and sent back out immediately. No quibbles at all

Excellent service, quick delivery. Helped me with my many many stupid questions!!

It was really quick service but the packing material left bits all over the bag we ordered so in future I would review what packing material you include in your box.

My order did not get fulfilled.

I was told my items were not correct on your system and needed to be deleted and replaced by ‘new model parts’ from your website despite no wrong doing on my part clearly placing the order with payment.

I strongly believe that because the pricing was so low, possibly a mistake made on your end my order had been cancelled

Paid for next day … still haven’t got it … not impressed

Very easy to order online, with a very quick delivery service.
