Terrible Customer Support.
Their product quality is top draw. But the huge letdown of the company and when I say let down. It bring it from 5 stars down to 2 because their communication is horrendous. They do not offer any customer support. They ignore emails and you can’t ring or webchat them. No way of actually speaking to them. I do believe if they sorted this they would have many many more sales worldwide. Even just general enquiries about a sale they ignore.

Avoid!!! Just horrible! Placed and order back on 1/13/24 and was allowed to purchase. One week later I emailed customer service and never hear back. Blast email from M&N saying low stock of Ewing Jerseys (40 left) on 1/18 and then another one saying 5 left on 1/23…so I thought it was in the clear. Got an email yesterday 2/6 telling me it was all sold out! Just horrible! Don’t waste your time and buy from someplace else directly.

I sent a jersey back because I accidentally ordered 2. The company in Irvine, CA. received the jersey but no refund. Irvine is also Mitchell and Ness return warehouse. It's been over a week still no refund, or customer service contact on there end. No customer service number only email. Which they still don't respond.

Mitchell and ness has the absolute worse customer service. I ordered a hoodie over 6 weeks ago and to date havent received. I have sent 3 emails for a status and to date no reply. Needless to say i will not be ordering ever again from them. Bad business practices.

The package that I ordered was never shipped out according to Jerry and I was so to expect a refund in 4-7 business days. It’s been a month. Ordered a jersey online. Came in with 110$ customs fee on top of the 25$ they charged me at checkout. That makes shipping more expensive than the jersey?? That makes no sense. Now to get a refund is a complete joke. Can’t speak to a human if my life depended on it. I recently purchased a Christmas gift which did not fit, and found that their customer service is an unresponsive black hole. Ordered my husbands Christmas gift Dec. 8, paid almost $200 and got 2-day shipping. No word for a week, so I contacted customer support. No response. Now it’s Dec. 26, Christmas has come and gone, and STILL no reply from customer support. No updates on the order. Not expecting it to ever come at this point and not even sure if I’ll ever get a refund. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Very slow company as far as shipping, response time, and do not have to return something as they go ghost for a very long time. Still waiting on my refund some 2 weeks later. Never again!
Awful experience
Awful experience. My sweet dad always gets me something special for christmas and they told him five days before christmas they had to cancel his order because the jacket he bought was out of stock when he ordered it. Shame on this company for allowing purchases to be made on items they can’t even provide. Do not shop here, if anything get your items at local stores or eBay.
