Mistral Online Arvostelua

Excellent company. I have been buying from Mistral for a long time and find them to be quick despatching the order which is always of good quality. The only gripe I have is having to pay for returns. Otherwise, great in all aspects.

They took the money, never shipped the package, never heard from them about any problem with the merchandise, and refunded at my request, partially (!!!)
Order #MCO231471, from 15th September 2024

Small blip with order sorted by excellent personal customer service. Will definitely order again

Great company to deal with. Very reponsive and friendly. It is hard to find good customer service these days, but this company will go above and beyond.

Items arrived in good time nicely packaged. The items are true to size and well made. A good company with lovely designed clothes and accessoroes.

Very quick delivery and good quality items

Happy with items.
Would prefer to go to a shop to try clothes on before buying rather than the hassle and possible expense of returning items.

Great quality clothes. Excellent service . All round brilliant experience

Cardigan is a nice colour and material looks nice. Would recommend this item to other customers.

I love Mistral’s designs, their longer line tops are shaped nicely and are more flattering for my body type - it’s so difficult to find longer line tops and jumpers that don’t look like a big bag on you these days. Online service was great, sizing is spot on, style is flattering, highly recommend.

Great items, true to size, easy to navigate, order and delivered on time

Excellent. Easy to choose, pick size required and order. Kept up to date with despatch details. Goods great. Only hitch would be having to pay postage on returns which is why l don’t order from you often.

My top arrived very quickly and is lovely.

Mistral clothing I love the fit ,price , quality.
Always arrives in good time .
Beautiful clothing and store on line .

Clothes (skirt and 2 tops) are of the usual high quality, perfect sizing and bought in the on line sale makes them a bargain too! Well done Mistral… never disappoints.

Very fast delivery. Great items. Not worn them yet but true to size and appear good quality

Wonderful quality green denim. Very soft to wear. The design is excellent and perfect fit

I ordered 2 tops but returned one on 23 August recorded delivery at my own expense, I have received no correspondence at all despite sending 3 emails and a message through facebook. There isn't a telephone number so you can't get hold of them. I have always loved Mistral but will never order from them again. If anyone knows how to get a response from this company please let me know.
