Absolutely horrible service, buggy app and random fees showing up without warnings. This appears to not be a legitimate company, but something more like a money laundering front, or a pure scam. Nobody in their right mind should use mistertango, especially when there are so many alternatives with better customer experience and much better service rates. Just do a quick google and you will find something better in 5 seconds. Businesses like this should not be supported, because they are not even competitive. Don't let their salesmen trick you into opening an account - it is their job to do so, they are not being genuine. And once you open an account, it is a huge pain to close it and even a bigger pain to get your money that you put into their account back.

Good service, reasonable prices and satisfactory customer support. All they need is more products, but they say they are working on them.

We have applied to several institutions for the IBAN account for our company and only Mistertango actually provided a clear and transparent onboarding process with successful opening of the account. They may not have yet the most advanced user interface in the user portal, but all payments are executed promptly and securely. The cost of account maintenance is also very low. For urgent questions - a direct line with client manager exists.

Ci hanno bloccato migliaia di euro senza ragione, non possiamo disporre dei nostri soldi, stiamo cercando contatti e tutti ci rimandano con il passacarte, Pessimo servizio, assistenza inesistente, spero bene che non sia una banca truffaldina

Abbiamo 100k bloccati sul conto senza giustificazione, siamo in difficoltà nel pagare i fornitori, l'azienda è bloccata. Abbiamo aperto moltissimi ticket sul help desk ma senza risposta. Siamo a terra. Non aprite nessun conto con questa azienda.

Non vorrei essere offensiva, ma se dei truffatori veri, quelli che rubano soldi fanno riferimento a questa banca ci deve essere qualcosa che non va

I'm a bit surprised with reviews as I saw them only after opening an account.
But first contact with sale team was good with fast replies.
Maybe a little bit slower with all documents verifications but everyone was super polite and so far transactions goes smoothly.
