DO NOT RENT HERE
DO NOT RENT HERE. Misora / Waterton will not protect you, and will not take responsibility when things go wrong.
My car was broken into inside the "secure" parking garage (May 21–22, 2026) and a suitcase of personal belongings was stolen. I've also had multiple packages stolen and deliveries rescheduled because their "Amazon delivers to your door" promise doesn't actually work — drivers have no way in and just give up.
Here's what management doesn't tell you before you sign:
- The security is for show. No camera at the garage entrance. No camera in the mail room. The footage that does exist is so low-resolution you can't even read a license plate. A group was reportedly driving a U-Haul through the area stealing from residents — and nothing was done.
- They dragged a simple insurance claim out for nearly two months. I first reported the break-in in early June. I got wrong policy numbers, was bounced between eRenterPlan, "apenroll," and "Asset Protect," and chased them with "still nothing?" emails for weeks.
- The renter's insurance failure was THEIR fault. Management admitted in writing that my policy had lapsed and the transition to their Asset Protection program "didn't occur automatically as it was supposed to." So when I was robbed, I wasn't properly covered — because of their error.
- The claim was ultimately denied, and management's answer was essentially "not our problem, call the insurance company yourself."
- When I posted honestly about this, ownership publicly claimed they had "no record" of me and "no employee by that name." I have a two-month email thread with their Community Manager (Stephanie Prasad), Leasing Specialist (Myles Saunders), and maintenance (Fausto Ramos). Draw your own conclusions about how honest they are.
Before you move in they'll promise you everything — blackout blinds, secure garage, package delivery to your door. After you sign, you find out none of it is true.
If you value your safety, your property, or straight answers, rent somewhere else.
