Easy to do business with

Good website navigation. Misahara is easy to do business with. I especially appreciated the extra help by Julia Ferro (customer service team). She figured out that this was a Christmas gift for our granddaughter, proactively reached out, and offered a nice gift-wrapping of the earrings and quick delivery. She deserves a raise!

Love Misahara! I have 2 of their lovely, elegant, classic and beautifully made necklaces I wear on repeat. They provide incredible, personal customer service. Highly recommend.

but signature was required. Had to stay home from work for delivery
