Incredibly long delay in delivery. Several requests for review when I still hadn’t received anything. When it finally came, it looked great. Looked.
Felt terrible!! When brushing it was very fast and light, barely contacting my teeth and tickling my lips and gums. Will never use it again. Will not bother trying for a refund after reading all the ridiculous excuses and twisting of return/refund promises.
Thanks for NOTHING! Back to trusty OralB!

Elegant to use and store. Battery has long life. Great cleaning feel for my teeth. Love, love, love.

Love this brush! My teeth feel like I've been to the dentist for a clean. Compact to hold and pack. Charge lasts for ever and no gunky build-up on the handle.

Noticeable improvement in gum line and between teeth. Hasn't needed a charge yet in a month. Long time to arrive but pleased so far.

I was very excited by the look of this tooth brush. It is slim and looks modern, but such a disappointment with actual performance. The brush heads are super soft like baby toothbrushes so I don't think they would be any good at getting plaque off teeth. The mini-vibrations certainly created a lot of toothpaste lather in my mouth, but my teeth just didn't feel clean and I went back to my Oral B after three tries. I did try the different modes, but honestly could not tell any difference between them at all, just a change in the light ring.
I complained and said I wanted to return it for a refund. But the company prevaricated and then offered my a 30% refund as I would have to cover the cost of postage back from UK to Lithuania and so on a net basis that is all I would get back anyway.

The size of the handle and brushing are very appealing but the barrel on the brush is so big around I cannot close my mouth around it and make an effective seal. This is the only one of several electric brushes I've had I cannot keep from drooling down my arm when I brush. I've been using the brush for about 2 weeks so far.

Retired Periodontist. Wanted to like this brush due to battery life, compact size and price compared to Sonicare. Shipping was uneventful, good hand feel but too early to determine battery life. Impossible to truly ascertain efficacy because there are no randomized controlled research studies...yet. Feels a bit less "aggressive" in the mouth. Both brushes claim 32,000 VPM but the crucial data for clinical efficacy are the amplitude, bristle-tip displacement, tip velocity, acceleration, power output, and acoustic pressure generated in the surrounding fluid. If MiroShine has the resources, the only way to compete with those who do have data is to pursue valid independent studies. Hope they do.

I brought this toothbrush just because of the longevity of the charge for travel. I love the way it cleans my teeth and gums. My mouth feels great. Now, it is my toothbrush.

Can’t say I find this an improvement over my previous brush. It’s nicely made and attractive but I just don’t feel it’s as effective. Useful for holidays but won’t replace my regular brush.

Used it once. The brush bristles are soft and couldn’t clean spider webs off of a wall never mind plaque off of teeth.

Since using our new technology Miroshine we have found after cleaning. Out mouths feel so squeaky clean .Something we have never experienced before .Thank you Miroshine

I’ve used the toothbrush for about 2 weeks. My teeth feel really clean. It tickled at first, but was not unpleasant. It turns off before I’m finished but it’s easy to turn back on. In the ads I see something for hanging the brush. I don’t have that. I do have a rather elongated u- shaped metal piece and have no idea what that’s for. I’ve also seen mention of a tongue scraper in ads but have not seen how to get one. I have arthritis in my hands and the narrower handle is easier for me to hold. All in all I like this brush.

Does anyone know how to know if the unit is charged? When plugged in, the LED flashes red and continues to do that for hours, despite reputedly taking only 2 hours to charge. And how do you know what level the battery is at or when the battery is low???

The time from order to delivery was longer than expected but the product did not disappoint. As using the product is a very different experience than a typical electric toothbrush it would be beneficial if the instruction prepared you for the new oral sensations. The three operating modes are not well documented. What matters is the expectations of better cleaning which are well met and no brown stains on the brush or charger like other non ultrasonic brushes. I will be recommending it to friends and family. Clean teeth, healthier gums and no mess.

Good toothbrush that cleaned well (in the 3 months it worked before completely packing in).

I experienced numerous issues (including... the toothbrush cutting out mid clean, running out of battery inside of 2 weeks, and then not starting at all unless I shook it). Regrettably when I reached out to Miroshine customer support, all they did was kept asking for videos of the issues. I got tired sending them stuff and just receiving the same requests and getting nowhere.

Enormously disappointed - wouldn't purchase from them again

Liked the design combo which is part Sonicare and part Oral B. Pricey and hard to grip when wet. Performance so far is top notch.
