DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dress , it took 6 weeks to arrive and when it came it was the wrong one. It is not a UK company the parcel came from China. They said it would be delivered by Royal Mail but it wasn’t. If I try to return it I will have to pay the cost of sending it back to China and will probably arrive after the 30 day money back guarantee. Stay well away.

Complete rubbish….AVOID

Why aren’t these companies taken out?

I ordered two dresses at the ‘amazing’ price of £67. On reception two months after I ordered them I was shocked at the very poor quality of the dresses. They looked nothing like they did on the site. They were frumpy, completely inelegant, shoddily tailored and frankly unwearable to say nothing of the cheap fabric. Honestly, they deserve a zero rating.

I ordered a dress which took three weeks to arrive. Material was very cheap and was too big , Was more like a size 14 than an 8.
When I tried to post back for a refund, address is in China and was going to cost more to return than I paid for it!!! A real rip off.

I would give no stars if I could don’t buy from this website it’s an absolute scam took ages to arrive then nothing like the pictures says it was linen but was polyester when it arrived there returns are a joke very difficult to get your money back.

Poor quality of dress, misleading advertisement, very poor customer service. 11 emails down the line, I still don't have the return address despite requesting repeatedly. Send photos of the dress twice. Forcing to accept 20% and keep the dress instead!
Would totally avoid this company! Would not recommend it!

To be honest - not a surprise at all. Ordered for my mum, who insisted on me doing so, despite me warning as above. Close reading of Ts&C's showed it WASN'T a London or even UK based company. Pretty much all reviews online record similar results.
So, AVOID if you really do want a quality product or don't if you're happy with cheap Chinese cr@p

Absolutely rubbish, trashed dress. They are forcing me to keep the dresses; I've been deceived by the dress. The material is completely different from what it showed on the website. Stay away from this shop. If I could I would give negative star because they are not worthy of even 1 star.

Scammer company. Worthless professional reputation, lack of integrity, and legal standing. Sent me a dress completely different from the website photo. I asked for a refund but no reply. I would advise everyone who has been cheated as I have to contact their bank for a chargeback. I will also be contacting trading standards with a complaint.

I ordered the Ana dress, the online picture shows a vintage style dress with a lovely collar and sleeves. The dress I received looked like a shirt attached to a skirt. The collar, sleeves, material and workmanship was awful. The beautiful collar was a shirt collar. The dimensions of the blouse and skirt was out of proportion. The material was polyester and not cotton. Very disappointed. I will not be shopping at Miriam ever again.

This is without question, one of the most disappointing online purchases I have ever made.
I ordered 6 items on 4th July after seeing what I believe to be high-quality clothing being advertised. The photos and marketing gave the impression of stylish, well-made garments from a London based retailer. Unfortunately, the reality could not be further from the truth.
I'm genuinely shocked! The quality of every item is extremely poor, the fabric cheap, the garments are badly finished, zippers broken, and not a single piece resembles the quality shown in the promotional images.
To make matters worse, there are no brand labels, which only added to my concern about their authenticity and quality. The parcel was shipped from China, despite the branding strongly suggesting a London-based fashion company. I feel completely misled by the advertising.
My advice to anyone considering ordering from Miriam London is boldly, AVOID AT ALL COST, DIASSAPOINTMENT GURANTEED!!! Please share with friends, family and colleagues about this bogus company, so less people are caught out.

The dress I ordered took a month to arrive . It was made with an off cut piece of cloth with Chinese writing visible along the edges, which rendered the dress unwearable. Miriam has refused a refund even after sending picture evidence. They are offering 3 pounds return and an offer to keep the dress , which is unusable . Ridiculous service and professional standards. Never trust .

I ordered the dress on 2nd of June for £35.99. I received it on 21st of July. The dress is nothing what the website said or showed. The dress material is very cheap doesn't look at all what it showed on there website. They don't even send you email for receiving the order. This company is using London name it's fraudster robbing customer lying about there products been from London. The dress came from China, I wouldn't have pound £1 for it, it's piece of shirt. Please don't buy anything from them .

DO NOT BUY anything (clothing)from this Miriam London! Absolutely rubbish goods. Nothing comes as advertised. A total con in my opinion. The clothing is stitched up in China !
Very cheaply put together. Material is a total sham.

The genuine company with a similar name of Miriam Collection has been very helpful in getting to the bottom of the scam that is Miriam-London.com. This company is fraudulent as you do not get what is advertised. In my case a Linen/Cotton Elena dress but I got a Polyester screwed up dress that only vaguely looks like what was advertised. Please do not use Miriam-london.com as you can't get return labels or money back.

The customer service is useless and is repeatedly asking me for pictures of the dress and labels which I have already sent them.

Got my order today 3wks frm ordering & paying for it - dress is extremely poor quality / No way looks at all like the image / no label on it / fitting is v poor /doesn't say where it was made - was priced at over £100 onsite reduced to £44+- not worth £4 and recommends dry cleaning???? Never again- please avoid!!

This is a fraudulent company . I bpught two dresses looks designer and described as cotton linen and they sent me cheap polyester ones and I had to wait 3 weeks for shiipping, now requesting a refund for the deceit, expecting me to pay fees for return too !! What a rubbish company !!

China. Information that order will come via Royal Mail when in fact you are given a tracking number that is not
for Royal Mail but YunTracking.....I placed an order 3
weeks ago which has still not arrived and would warn
