The replacement part was delivered…
The replacement part was delivered within a short time after ordering.
However, the description of the spare parts in the Miranda Website is not sufficiently clear. E.g. the references do not correspond to the references on the spare part. Although a picture of the spare part exists one can barely read the embossed references on it.
For me that is clearly an action point to improve - it would be an easy win to realize!

I just had the best chat support…
I just had the best chat support experience of my life. I was looking for a crankset replacement for an old bike. They responded in a few minutes with the right reference. And then sent me the instructions to replace it in like two seconds. It was amazing. Other company should follow their example.

Replacement because of material defect
I needed a replacement of a crank set, because the axle broke without any prior warning and the crank came off completely. I was very lucky not to crash in this situation.
The clerk was very nice and helpful but even though the issue was known, there was no free replacement - only a discount (and even the, only on request)

The Cranks were delivered to a different state, I have messaged Miranda, so far there is no resolution.
I expect that Miranda will take responsibility for the “lost” cranks, either sending a replacement set or a refund.
