Phone cases look great however not very durable. Customer service referred me to care instructions which wasn't very helpful.

Don't buy from them, their products look good, they are very expensive, but they last for a very short period of time. I bought for my husband a stainless Link Bracelet Band anthracite gray as Christmas present, and it started discolouring after a month. It wasn't subject to any particular stress, only very normal every day activities

Very, very pleased with my new Milanese strap. The quality, packaging and my experience with customer service - all first class.
I love my Apple Watch and have used it for several years. However I have previously been disappointed with Apple strap replacements which are limited silicon ones or very expensive and alternative cheap, poor quality straps from dubious sources with extensive websites.
Highly recommend Mintapple and I will purchase other items from them.

Do yourself a favour: steer clear of MintApple like it's a plague. My experience with their watch strap was nothing short of a disaster, and I'm here to make sure you don't fall victim to their deceitful practices. Writing another review as the coating on my watch strap started to peel off and they told me it was my fault...

Let's start with the product itself. Upon first arrival, I tried it on and then returned it because it was quite bulky. Not only was it incompatible with my device, but MintApple's laughable return policy left me stuck with a worthless accessory - apparently me trying it on my watch face meant that I had 'used it' and it wasn't returnable. Oh, but it gets better.

After resigning myself to the fact that I had wasted over £100, the 'Starlight' coating began peeling off after a mere day of use. I reached out to MintApple expecting some semblance of accountability. Instead, they had the gall to insinuate that I was the one at fault, suggesting I had carelessly banged it on something abrasive. Seriously?

Let me be blunt: MintApple is a scam through and through. Their products are shoddy, their customer service is nonexistent, and their business practices are downright deceptive. Don't fall for their glossy marketing facade like I did. Save your hard-earned money and invest in a reputable brand that actually cares about its customers.

Lovely strap, beautifully made, and delivered in packaging that would rival Apple! I had a query & it was answered very quickly. Not cheap but definitely worth the money.

Great customer service. An item was out of stock and they were fast to help resolve and find a solution.

Avoid at all costs. My husband ordered me a metal watch strap from mintapple, however on opening the box it was obvious to me that this was too masculine and therefore needed to be returned. I did not remove the watch strap once from the box, packaged it up and sent it back (at my cost) to mintapple within days of receiving the item.

I then received a note from mintapple rejecting the refund due to heavy use. Unless they sold me a faulty product I cannot see how this is possible given I did not even remove it from the box. They then returned the strap to me. I have since inspected the strap and can see no obvious wear (which makes sense given I never removed it from the box).

Absolutely disgusting customer service, do not buy their products. I will be taking them to court to recoup my costs as they are in violation of the consumer contracts regulations. I would encourage anyone else with a similar experience to do the same.

To confirm that I did not lose through a PayPal dispute, as PayPal refuses to adjudicate where the seller’s returns policy is applied illegally.

Mintapple - please do not keep telling me that I used this item heavily given I did not even take it out of the box (except to take photos at your request). If you sold me a heavily used product this is not my problem, although I would note that I cannot see a scratch on it.

This was my first order so attracted a10% discount but i failed to enter the code so I sent an them an email and they responded immediately with the discount and a new invoice, now that’s what you call customer service.
I would certainly use mintapple again if only for the customer service and will post another review when I receive my watch strap

Uodate : I have seen the response, yes I did mean fasten the pin. The problem is the holes are too loose . I appreciate leather will be more supple . But it’s so supple that it’s not useable and won’t stay fastened !

Really disappointed with my watch strap. I purchased a genuine leather sport band and I did love it. However it is useless. After a few months of wearing the watch, the strap is so flimsy I can no longer thread it through the loop. The holes that secure the watch are also very loose and I have almost lost the watch a few times so I am having the replace the strap. I have contacted mint apple and despite the product not being fit for purpose, they consider it is normal
Wear and tear. I don’t . Bot after a few months. They also suggested pulling the strap rather than pushing it through or using a safety pin. The only issue is that my wrist is in the way!. Such a shame but I would not recommend this item to anyone .

I have the black suede Apple Watch band with the perfect clasp and love it. The colour match with my watch, ( Starlight) is perfect. Customer service was excellent.

Absolute joke of a company! After paying £90 for a leather watch strap for my sister’s birthday I wanted to return the item since the clasp is so bulky and poorly designed that the strap doesn’t sit flat on a wrist at all. I was then informed that since all their leather items are made to order (a fact that is made “clear” from one line at the very bottom of the product page) it was not eligible for a return.

I’m now £90 down with an unwearable watch strap. I urge you to pay attention to the other bad reviews on here and do not buy from Mintapple!

The customer service from Mintapple is second to none. They clearly care about the customer which is refreshing. They responded immediately to my emails and rectified my mistake efficiently with no fuss. The correct strap is arriving tomorrow, thank you.

Be mindful that they only have a 14 day return window. I asked for an exchange within a 28 day period and they have asked for £25 extra. It feels like a scam. I would exercise caution before using this company. I would not purchase anything from them again.

Whilst expensive compared to so many Apple Watch straps available the quality of both straps I ordered (Sports and Crocodile leather) are superb. The magnetic clasp on the sports strap is strong and has not come open once when running. The clasp on the leather strap is very secure and gives you security you are not going to lose your watch.

Both straps (I chose silver to match my watch) look great in detail.

The Service was also great. The web page is easy to navigate and the delivery was quick. Both straps came nicely presented particularly the leather strap in a pull our drawer presentation box. Would make a very nice present. 10/10 Mint apple!

Ordered an embossed croc leather Apple Watch strap : 1) I was charged a mandatory additional 30 euro on delivery, otherwise they would not release the package, that was not mentioned at time of purchase.

2) the colour seemed ocra yellow in the images on the website (that they referred to as tangerine) but is actually a pumpkin orange.
Total waste of money, and an additional 30 euros !!!
