Have been ordering Minoxidil for quite a few months already. Happy with the product, happy with the service. Minoxidil is of a great quality and vey pleasant price, delivery is quick. Plan to order more in the future.

Initially, I used a product purchased from a pharmacy for three months, and the progress was so noticeable that it was hard to believe. After that, I placed an order here. The composition listed on the packaging is the same as the one from the pharmacy, but I have now been using the products purchased from minoxidil.lv for two months, and a significant part of the progress I achieved during the previous three months with the pharmacy product has simply disappeared.

All I am experiencing now is dry skin and loss of progress that’s it. This is a counterfeit product. I do not recommend purchasing it. It’s a waste of money.

Updated: after publishing the review, I was contacted by a representative of the store, Roman, who expressed his сожаления that I was not satisfied with the purchased product. He assured me and convinced me that all of their products are original and have the appropriate documentation and certification. The store representative also tried to find ways to improve my overall impression of our interaction.

In this regard, I am raising my rating from 1 to 3. However, since I still did not achieve the expected results from the product I purchased, I cannot leave a higher rating.

Delivery was comparable fast and the instructions were easy to follow. The product arrived securely and works as described. My only concern is that it comes in a plastic bottle rather than glass, and I’m not sure if the solution contains alcohol or if that’s ideal for long-term use. Otherwise, great experience.

Your reply does not address the actual concern raised in my review regarding packaging and alcohol content. I rated per my experience until that point but Ignoring customer questions about product composition is not reassuring, and this is the reason I’m lowering my rating to 4.
