Never buy from here!! Never received order and blamed on shipping...misprint of label! Such a disappointment! They need to close shop

Habe vor zwei Monaten bestellt. Paket ist nie bei mir angekommen,wurde nach Mexiko geliefert anstatt nach Österreich (liegt ja auch fast daneben) Kundensupport antwortet über Mail gar nicht. Über Instagram habe ich zweimal die Rückmeldung bekommen ,dass ich ein neues Paket erhalte. Die Bitte um Rückerstattung wird ignoriert.

Dreadful company avoid!!!!!!
My parcel was delivered 200 miles away from my home dispite the delivery address on order being correct! and they were not interested in resolving this.
My granddaughter didn't get her birthday present
I sent proof from tracking but they don't care and have ignored me.
I disputed the transaction through my bank for a refund and now they are trying to stop that! Very dishonest company!!

I placed an order on 13 January and, to date, I have not received the goods. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication and failure to deliver the order is completely unacceptable.

I am formally requesting an immediate full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue through the appropriate consumer protection channels and payment provider dispute process.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Only one arrived … could have come from Temu, the quality is nothing like what they advertise. Still haven’t had the other dress £34 in the bin!!

Total scam! I ordered a few dresses for my Daughter a Niece. After a month, they hadn't arrived. I contacted them asking for any updates, they replied and said the package was clearing customs. It's been almost two months, and still no sign. My account has apparently now been blocked, so I can't log in to contact them via the website. I have emailed but heard nothing back. Paypal are now handling it.

This company is total scam! They stole my money and never received my order. In about two weeks they were lying they will send my order again with express delivery, but they didn't do it. Then they completely stopped answering my emails or any comment and message across their social platforms.
Bottom line - awful experience and stolen 82 eurso! I would give even 1 star to them!

I ordered several dresses and the tracking said delivered. Obviously I never received them!!! They said they’d resend the order by express delivery and still not received them. Now not answering my emails. Im £100 down and not very happy. Also just noticed the company name has changed from Mini Taylor to Taylor kids on their Facebook page. Absolutely awful customer service.

I had a very bad experience with them. Do not order from them, listen to me. There is no phone number to contact them or their customer service. Only email to contact them. had to return part of my order, they never replied even sending them several emails. I would never buy from or recommend anyone to buy. The outfits are delivered directly from China and it takes two weeks or more. They just have website in USA. Warning again

I order a dress in December. I got an email it was delivered and it wasn't. They said they were going to replace it and give me a free dress. Another month went by it us now February I haven't received it and they not are not responding to the 15 emails I sent and they don't have a number to call.

Ordered 2 dresses back in January 2026 .Nothing has arrived. Ive emailed loads of times only got one reply saying it was on way .still not arrived. Now I can't access to track or view my order or email them .Big rip off and scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

this company is a scam do not order through them. ordered a dress back in december 2025 it’s now feb 2026 still no order. i’ve emailed and no response from support. i just want my money back. i have threatened them with legal action. when i click ‘track order’ it just takes me to a dead site. nothing there . TOAL SCAM

This Co. Is a big Scam. You messed with the wrong person. Several weeks ago I purchased my grandchild an Easter dress. Bunny Tulle Dress. Paid for it. But no confirmation of the delivery date. I live in Texas. Raul Alonzo 1139 Livermore St. 78374. . for the past few weeks. I've been sending emails to their Support Center. They failed to get back to me. After seeing other negative reviews. I will take it to the BBB. You haven't hear the last of me. Don't like getting Screwed. R.alonzo

I purchased from them on January 9th, but my order has still not arrived. I have followed up multiple times via email, but each time I was given the runaround. They told me they would resend my order because the first one was sent to the wrong address, but they never did, and despite repeated inquiries, they did not provide a tracking number.

In short, they are literally scammers, and I would not even give them one star. Do not buy from this company.

I don't want to give them any stars as they are just scammers. I ordered dresses & a sun hat for my Granddaughter on January 15th, I am still waiting for them, myself & my Daughter have constantly been trying to get through to them to find out where our items are to no avail, so I have now asked for a refund with no luck.this company should be looked into by the police for fraud, they are just scamming people & getting away with it.

First time I have
reported a business, Mini Taylor, to my credit card company. I placed an order 1/15/2026 and received a confirmation. I paid through the Shop app. I received a tracking # through a shipping company called Yanwen. I have heard nothing since. The Shop App indicates my order has not shipped and this is almost 1 month later. I emailed Mini Taylor via their customer service and also sent them a message via their Instagram site. No response. So now they will need to deal with Wells Fargo.
