Ordered a Size 7.5/8. Received a 6. Repeated attempts to contact someone via the only way they have to make co tact is with a chat repot. They say they will escalate this but no one does this company is a farce! Do not buy from them.

Order was never received. Only a robot responds. They say they will have their customer support contact you after you type a complaint. Then that's all the response you get after questioning your order. I placed a complaint with the bank to get my money refunded. THIS COMPANY IS VERY POOR.

I placed an order almost a month ago reached out by email and through their website chat and have not gotten anywhere shoes still say processing no shipment info no tracking number just in limbo for a month don’t waste your time or money business is a lie

Shockingly bad customer service
Trainers arrived in reasonable time but too small. Can I get hold of anyone/anything at all to agree to an exchange? Nope

I ordered kids slippers and everything went smoothly. Delivery was quicker than I expected, they arrived in 5 days. I also used the online chat to ask a couple of questions and customer service replied promptly and clearly. Overall, a good and reliable experience.

Dreadful company - says shipping within 9-16 days - that was 2 months ago.

Contact us they say - "our team responds to emails with 24 hours" - No they don't. 3 emails trying to find out about my order have been ignore.

Total scam it seems - avoid like the plague!!!!

Bought their unicorn sandals for my daughter, (ORDER #1058) I received some junk from Aliexpress, they were so bad you couldn't even walk in them, don't buy anything on there shop, you'll get sent some cheap junk.
