Asked two simple questions: where in the world is it sent from and where should it be returned.
Even though I’ve received several replies from them, they’ve yet to answer, and now they’ve stopped replying all together.

Bought the Fort Kit.
We got a set of plastic ball connectors and rods, yes. The connectors seem much smaller than pictured, and the builds seem quite flimsy. My 10-year old can connect the bits, for the 5-yo it's not at all easy. They can still build stuff and have fun with it, yes, but the set REALLY isn't worth even the reduced price. Bought two sets to give one to friends, will not be doing that as I do not like to give gifts of poor quality. Honestly, the impression I got was of a cheap rip-off of a better product.

I purchased 3 mini-microscopes for grandchildren for Christmas this year. The girls, ages 6 and 8 are having a lot of fun with theirs. When it was discovered that the 3rd microscope did not work. I received prompt and friendly customer service and a replacement has been sent.

My young grandson was delighted with his mini microscope. But it slipped out of his hand and fell on the floor chipping part of the plastic around the lens. I wrote MiniLabsters to see if I could get a replacement part. They responded immediately and offered to replace the unit. Best customer service ever!

I had an issue with shipping and the high quality customer service turned the experience from negative to positive.

Had issue with shipping, where the package was not delivered to my address and was returned, exchanged few emails and they returned the money.

I ordered 2, one for my son and one for my nephew. The light on the one I gave to my son stopped working after a couple of hours. I sent an email about the defective product and was very promptly sent a new one. The one I gave to my nephew worked great, they are very easy to use. They are so much fun!

Product was allegedly delivered but I never received it and was ignored via customer service. Wonder if all the other reviews are AI generated given I've had the opposite experience?

Got this as a 34th birthday gift for my fiancé and we are absolutely THRILLED. I wasn’t sure how good it would be at that price point (and I got it on new year sale) but it’s amazing. We couldn’t stop looking at everything in our apartment - table, hair, leaves, paper towels, covid mask, salt, chili flakes, bones, counter top, our own skin/tattoos, a roach that intruded on us D: I will say I wish there were lower-magnification views available (less zoomed in). Also, heads up it doesn’t totally seem like the video where you can just run up to random stuff, it seems like it has to be something flat? Unless we haven’t figured it out yet….We just got it today, I’ll update if it turns out I was using it wrong. So excited to go outside with it in the day time!

Great product and service. I had one microscope arrive with a faulty led, which was quickly replaced.

Ordered three microscopes to give as gifts. They unfortunately didn’t arrive on time which was a bummer. I emailed to return them and get a refund and customer service replied within a day and offered 50% refund rather than me having to pay for shipping. I kept the microscopes and will gift them later. Really appreciate customer service responding so quickly. Would recommend ordering well ahead of time (months even) if you have a specific date in mind

I ordered two mini microscopes, one for my son, and one for my niece. Unfortunately, one arrived broken. The lens inside had a deep crack, rendering it unusable.
However, I reached out to customer service. I explained that shipping had damaged the product. They offered to send me another mini microscope free of charge.
I am very happy with their product. Both my niece and my son love their microscopes. And I am very pleased with their prompt and responsive customer service.
