I am just beginning my third month of Minerva Wellness Supplements. They have helped me sleep better and feel calmer. They contain biotin and zinc which is great for my hair. The probiotics are aiding my digestion.
A good all round supplement for my stage of life.

Changed my life …
I’ve been having peri menopause symptoms for a few years now including hot flushes, weight gain, depression, short term memory loss, hair loss. I’d been to the doctors a few times and they said it’s just the change.
