They not only responded quickly but generously sent three replacement plants—not just one—which arrived about a month later in significantly improved and secure packaging. All three replacement plants arrived safe, sound, and perfectly healthy. They are thriving!

I've been ordering products from this company for the last few years and I am always blown away at the high level of customer service that they provide every time I make a purchase from them. Not only is their herbal product range vast and impressive, but the quality is second to none - no other company I know of offers the range of rare, hard-to-find herbals that these guys offer....at very reasonable prices I might add. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
