I was taken in by the "Bill Gates narrative" and immediately canceled my order. Since it was already shipped I had to wait to return it, since it had a "100%" guarantee. I returned it, tracked that it was received, and was told via multiple emails that the refund was in process.
It has been months and their charges have not been credited back to my account. I was a fool to fall for this scam: do not trust this company

I would not give them even one star if I had a choice of zero or less. I bought a year's worth at a time when I was not myself and feeling very down. I decided I was going to try the product after listening to Bill Gates. After the purchase, I found that Mr Gates did NOT do the advertisement for this scam of a company! I did return the product without even opening the box and when I call them to find out where my refund is they tell me they never received my return. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I AM NOW DEALING WITH THE BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.

It was ascam where I never received the mind boost I paid for. Then they used my information to break into my computer including my BANK ACCOUNT SO BEWARE... THIS IS A VICIOUS NASTY SCAMMER!!!!

I purchased the 6 jar promotional offer, which was supposed to be a discount. ($294.00 plus $14.95 for VIP Delivery)Upon receiving the package I discovered that the jar that is labeled as a one month supply (1 scoop/day) is a bit less than 1/3 filled and just slightly more than 15 scoops, so approximately 1/2 month per jar. During the somewhat heated discussion with a customer service representative, she explained that it’s recommended to take 2 scoops a day, meaning that there is less than 1/4 of the product per jar! She also informed me that only sealed product can be returned for a refund! I asked, how was I to learn that I was being ripped off without opening the container?
Bottom line is do not fail for this scam, whether it works or not, you’re receiving less than 1/4 of what you paid for.

This organization is predatory. This is snake oil marketed to a vulnerable population. Do not buy this product. They will charge you an absurd amount of money for a product that has no evidence that works and then sign you up for a subscription. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I am so sorry I tried this stuff. It must've been AI with Bill Gates being the victim too. This stuff is awful. I tried it with root beer and I've tried it with milk and it still tasted like sawdust that got peed on. TOTAL SCAM!!
Oh yeah, and you can't get a hold of the company to send back for a refund!!

I ORDERED 6 BOTTLES OF THIS PRODUCT SOLELY ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF BILL GATES ON A MIND BOOST COMERCIAL. AFTER RECEIVING IT I FIND THAT BILL GATES NEVER DID ANY COMMERCIAL FOR THIS PRODUCT. I'M OUT OVER 300.00 AND CONTRARY TO THE MIND BOOST ADS THAT SAY THE PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED FOR A REFUND, PREVIOUS BUYERS ON LINE SAY NO REFUNDS ARE RECEIVED. I HOPE BILL GATES TAKES THEM TO COURT.

I would not recommend this product. After using it, I experienced a significant headache and decided to return it. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that because I had opened both bottles — one I kept at work and one at home — I would only be eligible for a 50% refund. I find this policy quite disappointing and feel it's worth noting before purchasing.

This is a scam. I thought I would try it but than I was assigned a representative. A very nice person but then was told I needed to buy additional products. This would cost $2000.00. I told him I couldn’t afford this kind of money and to cancel everything. That didn’t happen. I received the original order anyway. I called back and my representative didn’t answer. Finally got someone else and he gave me reference numbers and an email address. No response from the email. This representative said to just return the unopened package. Now I’m stuck with trying to get that credited off my account.

I just ordered this a few hours ago and changed my mind they won’t let me cabpncel the order. They said I had to wait until I got the order and ship it all back. Doesn’t sound very legit

They are a scam. Be aware. They used AI to show Bill Gates promoting their product, which is a total scam.
Then they scam you to order more, and give you money back guarantee. Then when you say you want to cancel order they tell you they cannot give you all your money back.
Worst experience ever

First they say full refund but won't refund any open bottles, want u to try bit if not happy tough plus 15% restocking fee & pay to ship back, come on its a scam that's not a " guarantee full refund if not happy" It's a full blown scam, they say take all to be sure bit only refund what you don't take, not very confident of their product are they, no it a money making sca. Beware does nothing!!!

I wish there was an option for no stars. Package was returned to them, never opened. I cancelled the day I ordered. Can’t afford it. They told me no refund!!!!!!! Then maybe 50% or 64%. Such bullshit. No refund no matter what I say or do.
