We really love the bed, it’s sturdy and has a nice finish.
It’s on the pricier side but you pay for good quality.

The best part about this company is…
The best part about this company is their amazing customer service. I received the mattress within 2 days and was worried about the bed frame not arriving yet. Their customer service agent was so kind and helpful. She made sure to escalate the matter with the shipping carrier and I got my frame 2 days later :) we absolutely love the bed. My only small critique is that one side of it (the side that has the gate) feels a little wobbly and I’m always worried when my toddler pulls on the rail. Aside from this, the bed is beautiful and amazing, my son loves his new bed and I haven’t seen anything even close to it on the market and at this price point.

Great product for our little family
Great product. Our little 7 months old love it and we appreciate being able to read books with him in his bed! Love the fact that there is lats at the bottom compared to a lot of similar products.

Late but worth it
Bed arrived 2 weeks late, but it is so worth it ! Build quality is good, the bed is very secure for my kid and the matress i bought from mimi beds fits perfectly and is really comfortable.

I really like this bed
Customer service: they communicated quickly and efficiently. It was clear that my order was going to arrive in about a month so it was expected.
Product quality: the material is great. The color is nice. It feels sturdy. The mattress is of good firmness.
Assembling: thats a little time consuming but the steps are very clear, all the pieces are numbered, its easy to assemble, but need to be 2 people not one.

Bed and mattress a great combination
I bought this bed for my grandson. Very pleased it. Well built and looks nice. Bought double so somebody could lay down him if needed. Put a Zinus memory foam mattress. I recommend putting the two together. Only thing the corners of the opening are a little rough. I'm going to put corner caps on them.

Great bed
Our baby liked it a lot. It is a joyful place to sleep and play a bit before sleep.
I would suggest to make the wood corners a bit smooth, currently they are sharp and is painful when hit.

Very dissapointed with the order
Very dissapointed with the order. Place it in August and got it delivery late October after exchanging multiple emails with customer service because of the delay in the delivery. When it was finally delivery the box has missing pieces. I will not recommend this company, they are not reliable.

Notre petit adore son lit 😊
On aime beaucoup le lit. Le modèle, la couleur, la qualité de bois et la sécurité sont les points les plus importants.
Il y avait quelques points qui répondaient pas à notre besoin, mais avec le suivi rapide du service à la clientèle de l’entreprise tout à été rectifié. Nous avons vraiment apprécié l’écoute et le suivi approfondi de l’entreprise pour comprendre ce qui nous convenait pas et trouver la solution.
On avait fait pas mal de recherches pour acheter ce lit et quand on a trouvé Minibeds, une entreprise canadienne, on était super contents d’acheter un produit 100% canadien.
On recommande fortement à faire affaire avec cette compagnie et l’aider à grandir et produire de plus en plus de lits super beaux et sécuritaires pour nos petits.

Slightly disappointed
Product came relatively quickly once ordered but the pieces are slightly warped and made it difficult to assemble. Also, once assembled, the bed is wobbly so not sure on the quality of the bed. Slightly disappointed.

Ne commandez pas chez Mimibeds, vous risquez de finir par rager au plus haut point!!!!! IMPORTANT : lire les avis sur internet avant de commander!!!
Mon colis aurait soi-disant été expédié le 16 septembre. J’ai reçu un numéro de suivi invalide de la part de Mimibeds. Lorsque j’ai soulevé le problème, on m’a répondu qu’ils vérifiaient avec le transporteur.
Or, le transporteur, que je connais et que j’estime fiable pour d’autres livraisons, m’a confirmé qu’aucun colis à mon nom n’existait, et que le numéro de suivi fourni était complètement inexistant.
Malgré cela, Mimibeds continue d’affirmer que mon colis a bien été transmis au transporteur le 16 septembre. On m’a même mentionné que je n’étais pas la seule dans cette situation, qu’ils avaient reçu d’autres plaintes similaires, et qu’ils ne disent pas toujours la vérité à leurs clients, en prenant leur matériel ailleurs pour ensuite livrer.
Ainsi, je demande un remboursement immédiat et sans délai. L’entreprise traîne et ne procède toujours pas. Le 25 septembre, ils m’ont écrit pour me dire « bonne nouvelle, votre commande arrivera aujourd’hui »… évidemment, rien n’est arrivé.
Je ne veux plus de cette commande, je demande un remboursement immédiat.
Si cela n’est pas fait, je suis prête à dénoncer publiquement cette situation sur les réseaux sociaux et à entreprendre des démarches judiciaires pour récupérer mon argent.
