If I could give you no stars I would. You DID NOT REPLACE MY RING and also CHARGED me for a ring I DID NOT RECEIVE!!!!

I never received my order. It’s been nearly a year. I’ve asked for my money back multiple times and never received that either. Definitely won’t be purchasing from Milou again.

Order did not arrive and refund did not happen. Zero communication after 'Mia' sent an email explaining a delay due to tarrifs.

Ik heb een bestelling gedaan maar hij wordt niet verzonden, zou binnen 2 of 3 of 5 dagen geleverd worden dus kon want ik heb hem zaterdag nodig. Maar er komt niets het adres is fake op de mail liegen ze gewoon dat het verzonden is, maar ik kan de bestelling volgen, ligt nog steeds bij besteld. Gewoon oplichting BESTEL DAAR NIKS.Kreeg vandaag 27 nov bericht,dat mijn bestelling in het vliegtuig zit, vanuit Engeland.Gisteren wilden ze dat ik review verwijder, ik doe niks heb een trackingnummer dat niks oplevert, ze liegen en bedriegen de zaak, dus ik blijf erbij BESTEL DAAR NIKS.

I have previously bought from Milou and had some lovely pieces but I ordered 3 items in August and have not received anything. I keep contacting them but as of yet had no reply.

I placed an order in May and again I'm August and I still have not recieved my orders! I would like them to be processed and sent asap. I have sent several emails to customer service about this with no reply. Please send order to Laura Harris

I didn’t receive the order. There was no communication. Very disappointed as previously I had ordered lots of things. I understand that things can go wrong but to not get a refund or to be able to talk to someone isn’t good enough.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I ordered in March 2025 (8 months ago) & still haven't received my order. They don't answer my emails & completely ghosted. I've reversed the transaction with my credit card company.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased on April 2025 and it is not at the end of August 2025. I have not received my order. I have asked for a refund and have heard nothing back from them. Seems fraudulent.

I’d give it zero if possible. Ordered June 24th and still haven’t received my items. I’ve emailed, filled out a form on the website and messaged via social - no reply at all. So - they’ve just taken my money I guess?!? Will have to go through Visa to ask for a chargeback…DO NOT GIVW THEM YOUR MONEY
