The company i have brought from on more…

The company i have brought from on more than a few ocassions now ive even visited the shop, they are very helpful and theyre stuff is amazing, very friendly staff quick to despatch items or shell save if you want to add to it,i love it. Ginny is amazing. Highly recommend

Great team and service received every time

Ginny is very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to source the items you are looking for. Prices are affordable, Ginny always does her best to discount if she she is able to suit your budget. I always reach out to Millstream Saddlery when looking for equestrian items. Great team and service received every time.

Appalling customer service.

First time buying anything from Millstream Saddlery and definitely the last time. Absolutely appalled with their customer service. Finally, 16 days after ordering a gift voucher, it arrived. Apparently the first one ‘got lost in the post’ but actually I think it was never dispatched! Then to add insult to injury, they charged me £2.50 to post an E-voucher!

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We did send you the vouchers out. Unfortunately they must have been lost in the post as royal mail are still experiencing delays with the backlog from the strikes.
When you notified us that they had not arrived We thought it was best and quickest to send you an email e-voucher save you waiting any longer. You informed us the person you were gifting them to doesn't have an email address and you needed a printed version. We sent out a copy of the e-voucher save you printing it out. We couldn't re-send out the paper vouchers we have for security reasons as we do not wish the vouchers to be used twice in effect. We have coded them so if this should occur we will be aware of this.
