The two men who delivered our Dreams Mattress were on time and very efficient. We received an email the day before with our two hour time slot and a phone call confirming delivery time on the day. They arrived on time and wore over shoes when they entered the house.

We ordered a new mattress from Dreams. We were given a delivery date and the day before we were given a 2 hour slot On the morning of delivery I received a phonecall to
Say the van was about an hour away. Van arrived on time and James and Connor carried the mattress into my hallway. Everything as expected.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. On time, carried out their task efficiently, willingly and with a smile.
No hesitation in recommending them for your needs.
