I've ordered 6 giant cookies as gifts..
Whilst they taste lovely, I often have trouble with delivery. I've had to contact the team on 3 occasions for lost or delayed delivery. On this occasion, I placed an order on 14.06.26 and requested delivery for 19.06.26. It wasn't delivered and I've had no contact from their team. Really disappointed for a big part of my niece's birthday hamper to be missing, especially for the money paid. Think I've given up on trying with Millie's and will use local bakers instead now.

I absolutely love Millie’s cookies but as expected after reading bad reviews I was so scared that something will go wrong. But it didn’t! Cookie arrived on the day I have requested, in the perfect condition and tasted amazing 😻
Excellent delivery
After reading all the negative reviews I was so worried about an online order I had placed for a cookie cake. However, it arrived at 10am on the day I requested, was beautifully iced exactly as I had asked and was in perfect condition. Thanks Millies!
Also, I did have a query, called customer services and they answered almost immediately.
Extremely disappointed with my treatment
I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always been very happy with my orders from Millie’s Cookies. Unfortunately, my recent experience has left me extremely angry and disappointed.
I purchased a giant cookie for my sons, but I do not believe it had been baked the previous day as stated, as it was hard and stale when we received it. This has never been the case before. I contacted customer services to raise my concerns, but I only received generic and unhelpful responses. The lack of care and understanding shown made me feel as though I’m not remotely a valued customer, and that I am simply a liar. Very offensive! As a family, we have always loved Millie’s Cookies, which makes this experience even more upsetting. After being treated this way, I will NOT be placing any further orders with this company.
Order delivered wrong and refused refund
Ordered double layer cookie cake for birthday, arrived as single layer. Millies cookies would only offer a voucher this didn’t help as order was wrong. Asked them to refund and would return the cookie cake but still refused. Luckily bought via PayPal who fully refunded me

I paid £6 to have a cake delivered on Wednesday for an important birthday. It did not arrive Wednesday. It actually arrived at 1am Friday. No response from Millie’s so far. Very disappointing

This is the 2nd time I have purchased from this complaint for a birthday. both times the cookie was broken. They do not respond. I have sent 3 emails regarding this. And the complaints lady is clearly working at home with her TV on full blast, Once they have your money they do not care. Really disappointed. Hollie in the Lakeside Shopping Centre…
Hollie in the Lakeside Shopping Centre is the amazing artist. Over the years she has iced me pictures on my kids giant cookies for their birthdays and they have all come out superb.
It was my son’s birthday last Friday & I went in & asked if Hollie could make me a double giant cookie with the Arsenal Premier League trophy for that day and it was no trouble for her. She copied a picture online and it was that good that my son said it was the best cookie he had ever had and didn’t want to cut it because it was that good 😋 Thank you Hollie.
Late delivery and no customer service
Preordered (with 6 days' notice) a birthday cookie to be delivered on the 4th of the month. A stale cookie was delivered on the 9th of month. Zero customer service - you cannot get through on phone line and no one has responded to multiple online 'contact us' forms. We have used millies cookies for birthdays for decades but unfortunately it is no longer worth it (22.99 for the cookie and 5.99 laughably for delivery). Avoid.

I used millies before in past thought I would look at ingredients due to alot of food now days having palm oil in ingredients. Suprise, millies uses palm oil. Very disappointed as I once loved these cookies. I won't be buying again in future.
Our birthday cookie ordered online damaged
Our birthday cookie ordered online for our daughter arrived broken. Have contacted the company on their contacts page as telephone lines ring out to a messaging service. The company will only offer an e-voucher to use in store as an attempt to correct the damaged cookie. I believe that damaged products should by consumer rights be replaced or refunded? - understand that items may well sometimes turn up damaged but really poor customer experience dealing with “customer service” which appears to be “SSP customer care team”
Terrible customer service
We’ve been customers of Millie’s cookies for years and have always enjoyed personal celebrations by ordering one of their giant personalised cookies. We have ordered for collection and also home deliveries and have never had an issue in the past. This time however, we ordered the cookie for delivery and when it arrived (today), we found it to be completely stale and rock solid. Inedible! After paying £30 for said cookie we were very disappointed with the quality and subsequently the response from the cs team. I complained to Millie’s cookies and was told that they cannot offer a refund (which I didn’t even actually ask for.. an apology and good will gesture would have sufficed) as taste is SUBJECTIVE?! And basically it’s not their fault that it’s not to my taste… I’m sorry but who in their right mind would enjoy a stale cookie at the cost of £30? Very very unhappy with the response and will not be using them again. Such a shame. Terrible customer service and no accountability from their customer services team.

I recently ordered a birthday cookie from Millie’s Cookies and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish, made even worse by the way customer service handled the complaint afterwards.
The cookie was purchased for a birthday celebration, so naturally I expected it to look presentable and professionally made. Unfortunately, the final design looked poorly done, especially considering the price paid. The writing and overall presentation did not meet expectations at all for a special occasion product.
The cookie was made by a new staff member, whom it was clear struggled with the design. While everyone has to learn somewhere, customers should still receive products that meet a reasonable standard, especially for important occasions like birthdays. I felt unable to complain at the time as I did not want to knock the new staff members confidence, plus she was the only person working that day.
I then contacted customer service hoping for a fair and understanding resolution. Instead, I was told the only remote compensation they could offer was an in-store voucher. They also stated that if I wanted any further compensation, I would need to physically return the cookie to the store and speak to the manager directly.
This response completely ignored the inconvenience caused. As it was a pre order it was unrealistic to return the product. Expecting customers to travel back to store with a birthday item after the occasion is poor customer service and shows very little understanding of the situation.
Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. Between the poor quality of the cookie, the explanation that it was made by a new staff member, and the lack of meaningful customer support afterwards, I have been left extremely disappointed.
Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand and I would think twice before ordering again.

Cookies lovely but delivery service terrible. Left in a dirty outdoor bench so covered in insects. Miss the flavoured icing options. Very expensive product akso but my kids love them.

When will I ever learn to look on Trust pilot before ordering!
Almost a quarter are very negative reviews, so that would have dissuaded me.
I ordered the happy birthday cookie for my son. Its arrived today damaged, as its either not packaged adequately, the courier didn't take care with it, or both. I contacted customer service straight away and they offered my a voucher for cookies in store. Sorry but no. Under UK law you should be offering a refund or replacement of the damaged item that is not satisfactory quality.
I have now been told that it's their full and final offer and to contact my local trading standards.
This company will go down the pan, I am sure, as quality and customer service are completely inadequate.

Delivered 2 days early and stale.
Ordered online for a Monday delivery for someone’s birthday. This arrived on the Saturday, two days before it was wanted and stated that it was signed for. It was not signed for and left on the doorstep for two days as we were away for the weekend.
Raised this complaint with them and apparently they met the order within their terms and conditions accepted at checkout.
I did not accept it to be delivered two days early and stale. Also a complete lie from the delivery that I signed for it, when it was left on the doorstep all weekend!
Was advised to contact trading standards if I have any further complaint.
Don’t bother leaving feedback that you’ll look into the poor delivery as you have done on so many negative reviews, you’ll continue to offer poor service.
I will never order from this place again after many years of collecting orders from them. The prices have sky rocketed and the quality of the product has deteriorated massively.
Avoid them at all cost. Over priced and do not care one bit about customer service or satisfaction.
