Millhouse Leasing Arvostelua

The service was first class and I was kept informed all the way through. A great customer experience.

Joshua Morriss has been great from start to finish, helping with the smooth process of leasing a new vehicle! I definitely recommend just drive and Josh to lead your new contract.

Even know there was a slight delay by the dealership and out of his control, this was being chased on a daily basis for the reg and the earliest delivery date.

Ben has been really helpful through the whole process. From my experience so far I would definitely recommend this company and in particular Ben Healy.

Ben as always professional and great to deal with.

Amazing service can't fault it.
I was looking for a quickly and I don't think anyone else could've sorted it out so fast.
Highly recommended and would definitely use again.

Excellent and efficient service from Just Drive Leasing. Many thanks to Josh who’s been very helpful in getting my first car. Would recommend to everyone.

Inese has been an excellent relationship manager. She has kept me
Informed of all aspects of the car order and excellent customer service - I will definitely recommend Inese and Just Drive Ltd to my friends and Family

My main point of contact at Just Drive Leasing was Joshua Morriss. I ordered my vehicle in Jul-21 with an expected delivery of Sep/Oct-21. Due to the global chip shortage delivery kept getting delayed, however Joshua was quick to keep me updated at all times. I finally took delivery of the new vehicle on 1-Apr-22. Joshua has been professional throughout the process, I imagine he's had a lot of grief from demanding customers however! I'd like to think that I was not one of them though! I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Joshua again in the future. Patience paid off in the end, over the weekend I checked lease deals on my new vehicle and they'd practically doubled in price! Very happy with the new car. 5 star service Joshua, thank you very much!👍😀

Josh was great. Very helpful and knowledge. Thank you!

With the support of Ben Healy I placed an order for a VW Golf in November 2021 for delivery March 2022.
I was aware of the current lead times due to market economies and the global “chip” shortage and accepted the inevitable lead time delay.
Transaction formalities we’re completed and I awaited delivery.
In Feb 2022 I made a courtesy call to Ben to enquire on the impending delivery - unfortunately the response from the dealer was a revised date of August 2022 !! This could not be confirmed and December 2022 was a potential delivery date !!
I raised my concerns with Ben, mainly around the fact I was currently on an expensive short term lease whilst awaiting the intended March delivery .
Ben actively looked for a comparable car and offered me a Ford Focus which was a cancelled order with immediate delivery- once again the transaction formalities were completed but “red tape” with Ford protocols did not allow the transfer of a cancelled order to be permitted.
Ben worked behind the scenes and found two other cars with March delivery - however these did not meet with my criteria .
Not to be defeated at resigned myself to waiting until December for my VW .
However Ben was busy evaluating options in the background and out of the blue acquired an almost identical vehicle from VW which had become available with immediate delivery.
Fantastic customer support and dedication to the cause !! I finally took delivery of the car at the end of March - as per original request a VW Golf - the only sacrifice being a manual transmission rather than automatic.
Well done Ben - exceptional customer experience - over and above the call of duty .

Just drive leasing had outstanding customer service from the first call until the day the car was delivered. Personal thanks to my agent Inese she was great.

Active, Informative, Helpful. These are just few words to describe Inese professionalism while helping me get my new car.

Excellent Service

From the start of the process of getting a vehicle through to the end, the help from Josh was fantastic - he really went out of his way to help me understand every stage of leasing a vehicle as this was my first time.

Even when the dealership failed to deliver the vehicle on the expected day, Josh fought for ensuring I got the car on the next day, giving prompt and thorough updates.

Ben was great throughout in what is a difficult time for sourcing newer cars. Very happy with the service and the car.

Super smooth transaction from start to finish with loads of help from Ben. This was my first lease, personal or business, and Ben was always available to guide me through the process until the delivery.

Josh was very helpful in finding me a car in such short notice and kept me completely up to date with everything when needed.

My first time leasing a car, the whole experience was straight forward and went without any issues. Communication was great, any questions I had were dealt with in a timely manner and my car arrived on time and was exactly as ordered. Everyone was helpful and polite and my main contact (Josh) could not have done more to assist me. Would definitely recommend.

Very good, very responsive, lead time on the car was long but Just Drive did a great job of keeping in touch
