A great and personal service from Ben and the team at Just Drive

Ben, The Super Star. He got me the best deal for my new car. Although it took a while for the car to be delivered, but Ben kept me in the loop and he notified me at every point until the car was delivered. I look forward to be in touch with Ben so that he keeps getting me the best deals. 5 Stars are less.. I need 10 Stars for this one. Cheers Ben! :)

Just Drive Leasing were great to deal with. They sourced the best deal by quite some margin having done quite a bit of research myself and obtained quotes from numerous dealers and leasing firms. They then kept me updated on the progress on the vehicle all the way up to an hour before the final delivery. Thank you Ben for your excellent service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Just Drive Leasing and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Ben has been a dream to work with on finding me my first ever lease, he has clearly communicated and I instantly felt I trusted him from our initial conversations. I will be recommending to any of my friends in need of a lease!

I used Just Drive to order a new CLA. Ben was amazing throughout the whole process. He kept me informed at all times, answered calls out of hours and had brilliant and honest knowledge of the vehicle. Above all, Ben was due to go on annual leave but made the effort to get the paperwork and delivery arranged before he went on leave, ensuring everything was able to run smoothly in his absence.

I was particulary surprised and equally grateful for Ben's tenacity to go above and beyond to deliver this level of customer service throughout the whole process which in my opinion was second to none.

Just Drive - Judging by my experience and some of the other reviews this man deserves all the praise and promotion he can get!

Ben proved to be excellent at Just Drive. The car took a while to arrive owing to issues in the supply chain but Ben proved to pull through and support when required.

I sold my car unexpectedly and was panicking about where to get hold of a new car quickly. Ben and the team were wonderful. Communication was swift and the whole process very simple. Ben went above and beyond to look after me throughout the process and the car was with me exceptionally quickly given the current climate. Thanks all, a brilliant experience!

First of all just a huge thank you to Ben! His customer service has been exceptional from start to finish. Any questions I had, any emails I sent and any calls I made were answered so swiftly. I can only imagine how busy Ben and his colleagues have been in the last year with many cars having a huge delay, completely out of their control, but Ben always made time to speak to me and did not rush our calls. Thank you for being so informative and honest - everything was very black and white which made my leasing experience straight forward! I have finally taken delivery of my Volkswagen Tiguan R Line today and the wait has been worth every second. Again, thank you for such a positive and easy experience and getting me the best deal on the market! Jennifer

Ben was great and dealt with my order as professionally as I could expect even though my vehicle was well over due its delivery date Ben was very communicative throughout and I appreciated the situation was out of his control.

Many thanks Ben

As a lease car customer I always research where my next car is coming from, and besides the cost and car selection being a priority. The customer care by Josh and Ben in the whole purchase process of my new lease car was very professional, they could not do enough for me and in fact, due to their knowledge of the business they managed to get my car early.
