Millhouse Leasing Arvostelua

Kept in the loop all the way during a long wait

Dealing with Just Drive and Ben was excellent from start to finish. Even though the car took longer than ideal to arrive (due to global Chip Shortages - nothing to do with Just Drive), Ben patiently kept me up to date. As soon as VW had the car on the way, the communication updates from Ben were excellent and the car ended up arriving 24 hours earlier than booked. The price was very competitive too, so I would fully recommend Ben and Just Drive Leasing to anyone.

Excellent service, definitely recommended!

Happy and friendly customer service. Makes the process of taking out a lease really easy.

Ben was really helpful, very quick response to emails/calls, thanks to him got my car delivered on said day. Excellent service, definitely recommended!

Very smooth, easy process... will come back again for next lease.

I recently leased a VW Golf through Just Drive Leasing dealing with Ben Healy. I am a naturally critical person particularly when it comes to customer services. I have to say that Ben quickly sourced the car and sorted the finance very efficiently. He obtained a better deal than other leasing companies I was in contact with and always returned calls without delay. A faultless experience and Just Drive Leasing will certainly be my first call I make when my lease is nearing its end.

Great customer service! 5star

Ben was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the whole process.

We are very happy with the car and service.

Would recommend!

Very professional service with competent people, in particular Ben. Considering the amount of paperwork involved it was done very speedily and efficiently.

5 STAR service from Ben Healy, knew how to get the best deal at the best lowest price without sacrificing the car specification. Polite, helpful and honest and always kept me updated, which reassured me and added to my experience in leasing a new car.

Fantastic service from Ben -- attentive and responsive, went the extra mile to sort the vehicle for us quickly and efficiently. Can't recommend highly enough.

I recently leased a Renault Zoe from Just Drive. Found them efficient and helpful - I dealt with Ben Healy who was very quick to follow up on my initial enquiry, offered me a really great deal on the car and kept me informed throughout the process (I'd never leased a car before). Any questions I had were answered promptly and fully, and all costs explained in full. Would happily use them again (and I love the car!).

Great experience. Far superior to that of an another well know broker. Ben has been fantastic - knowledgable and available for any questions throughout the process.

I have just taken Delivery of my new Tesla Model Y and dealing with Ben has made my experience completely seemless. He will deal with every question and come back to you when he says he will. No messing about. I will 100% recommend Just Drive Leasing and especially Ben Healy. Five Stars!

I’ve just received my lease car through Just Drive Leasing, My lease was handled by Ben Healy - the customer service provided by him and the company was first class.
From the start Ben provided a competitive quote but as well as that was more than happy to answer my numerous questions promptly and with great information.
Ben also was happy to apply the multiple changes to the quotes as i specified the deal i was after with a great attitude and service.
Thanks Ben and Just Drive Leasing
