Can't fault the service or the results - booked online via North Norfolk Council for next day appointment to deal with a rat colony in our garden.
Visited by Jamie who quickly reassured my very anxious wife - suitably & safely baited traps dealt with the rat problem - revisit 2 weeks after his initial visit to confirm they had been all been humanly despatched & expect no further problems.

Prompt, efficient service.

It was complicated, as I was keyholder for the person selling her parent's empty property and friend of the buyer whose surveyor found the huge wasps' nest in the loft. However, I was given clear instructions about gaining written permission for Millennium to enter the property, had a 2hr time slot given the previous day and a phone call when there was only 20 mins left on the time. However the work was completed within minutes of the end of given time.
