They won't send you a full itemized…

They won't send you a full itemized receipt no matter what you do even though you paid for the flight and have full right to one.

Emergency trip

Is was not a vacay trip or anything like that, this was a medical emergency trip to be with my brother was he recovers from an 8 hour emergency surgery. I really appreciate how quickly I was able to catch a flight during the day so I could be there when he came out of surgery. The price was great. I called another company and they wanted a Drs note that stated my brother was in the hospital and having an emergency procedure before they would give me there best rate. That’s ridiculous.Thank you Govx

Frustrated flight booking

Following my initial payment of $555.85, I was informed that the fare had increased and was required to pay an additional $134.74 to prevent cancellation. Furthermore, the itinerary has been significantly altered. My return destination has been moved from Ontario (ONT) to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Please note that LAX is approximately 60 miles from my residence. Per City Travel Policy (LAAC Division 4, Chapter 5, Article 4), travel reimbursements and "50-mile" rule exceptions require specific documentation and Department Head approval. The change in arrival airport also impacts ground transportation logistics and costs.
