Jon, our cruise rep has always gone above and beyond for us, keeps us fully informed at all times, and responds quickly to our queries.

Ellie at Yeovil was extremely friendly and helpful and ensured we had all the quotes we required. She kept in regular contact and offered us additional services such as money exchange and trips during our holiday.

All the staff in Yeovil branch are just excellent as always, no need to improve, just keep doing what you are doing .

We went in to book a Christmas Market cruise and the lady we dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful. She was really friendly and managed to get us cabins opposite our relatives that we’re going with. She explained everything really well and we’re now really excited about our cruise knowing that it’s all booked and we can just sit back and wait.

We were three ladies on a Sunday morning. We had a bit of a wait, but that’s always to be expected as it’s quite a complicated transaction, when you are starting from scratch. We were made very welcome with a nice cup of coffee. As we were travelling together, we were booking separately, so with all the details needed, it’s a long job. It was the connecting to P and O that took time. I’ve got to say they are one of the worst sites to deal with.we got there in the end will be looking forward to our fly cruise, on Azura. The young lady who we dealt with, Alyssa Ashton was lovely and very patient. Thank you for a nice experience.
