Miles Morgan Travel - Portishead Arvostelua

Fiona was very helpful full of knowledge explode things to me

Found the best deal available for us

Miles Morgan travel agent was very professional and accommodating in meeting our travel requirements. They made the whole process of booking our holiday stress-free and identified the best deals which we subsequently booked.

We have never booked a holiday through you before. Your lovely lady made it very easy.

Always very easy to book through Tracey at Miles Morgan who does all the research and finds the perfect trip

Vicky and the team provide a professional and friendly service. We have booked several long haul hols, some requiring special knowledge. They are contactable for bookings and enquiries after normal business hours. That is service.

Very informative and helpful

Fiona was very knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations. Took plenty of time with us to make sure we got what we required. Very efficient ticketing.

Great shop , now reopen ,great all staff very helpful

The travel specialist Tracey Murray was very helpful and very patient with us when answering all of our many questions. She certainly helped us make the decision to book the trip we had enquired about.

Dealing with a group of 5 people with specific requests is always a nightmare for the Travel Agent and Fiona was the “lucky” person who dealt with us. As always when we book with Miles Morgan the service was brilliant. Fiona patiently took us around Europe trying to find a holiday which suited us perfectly, no mean feat. We eventually found something we thought was suitable, only to decide overnight it wasn’t for us. Fiona managed to change our booking the next day to a more suitable alternative hotel. We are now booked into what looks like a lovely hotel and looking forward to our holiday. Thank you Fiona

The members of the staff in the Portishead location are very helpful and do their best to get you the holiday you want & it always comes with a smile even when they are very busy

Excellent help. We had to book a holiday whereby 3 of us would be joining another two who were already at the resort and we wanted to all travel back together - this was sorted simply and cost effective too

Fantastic customer service from Tracey Murray the Manageress in the Portishead branch.

Knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and polite.

I saw a holiday I liked with Ingram’s, spoke to Teresa and it was all booked very very quickly. Teresa is always helpful

Always made to feel welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble. They put themselves out to help in everyday with no fuss.

We were given an excellent insight to this smaller ship than we usually travel on.
The agent went out of her way to find us an outside cabin despite the initial information on screen indicating that there were none available. Perseverance paid off.

So helpful and so much help and advice 😁🎊
