Miles Morgan Travel - Portishead Arvostelua

Always use Miles.Morgan for.my foreign holidays. Staff are always very friendly and very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Well done Fiona in Portishead.

Always greeted with a smile. Helpful and patient. Highly recommend Portishead branch

Every time we go in to book they are always pleasant and know what they are doing.

I was immediately greated with a warm smile and asked if they could help me. The person I dealt with was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my queries and dealt with my booking in an efficient manner, explaining the process as we went along. The whole process was effortless on my part and I left with all the confirmation paperwork I required for the dream cruise I had just booked. I have no hesitation in returning to Miles Morgan and infact, this is the fourth cruise I have booked through them. They are my first "go to" Travel Agent.

The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I am particularly impressed by Fiona Fortune, who is a sympathetic listener, as well as being very knowledgeable. She is efficient, tenacious and friendly.

A knowledge and friendly team always happy to help find the right holiday.

Very friendly and helpful looking at various options for us.

Helpful friendly staff. Listened to our requirements for holiday, and helped find us just the place we wanted.

Fiona was very helpful and friendly

As usual the service was friendly, efficient and professional.

We needed to change our already booked holiday completely, add another person to the party and book a second holiday all at once. Tracey handled it brilliantly and all the paperwork came through as promised. Well done.

All of the Office staff were very friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Offered a coffee while waiting for response on phone. When we got home decided to change the holiday slightly, gave them a call and it was dealt with efficiently over the phone. Painless.

Vicky was great, gave us as much time as we needed to go through all the different options and helped us narrow down what was best for us

The holiday was booked via friend living locally whist I live in North Yorkshire but was handled quickly and efficiently over the phone by Tracey.

Always friendly, helpfull and patient with useful information based on good knowledge of destinations and tour operators. Always get the holiday we want and usually with better deals / offers than we could have sourced ourselves. And it's easier than spending hours trawling the Internet yourself!

Fiona is so patient and helpful even when I knocked my cup of tea over on her desk.

The staff are very friendly, knowledgable and professional. You feel secure in your booking, and they check in with you to ensure everything is going to plan.
