She was very helpful in finding out what we wanted and super patient in exploring all options for us until we found a great match for our holiday plans. She also kept a close eye for discounts for us when they applied and so all in all, friendly and helpful service. It was lovely to see the shop open again & supporting local travellers.
We went in to book a holiday that was in the newly arrived brochure. Even the shop hadn't had the details but Claire was on the case & managed to get us a further discount on the package.
Due to a couple of IT issues, it took longer than we anticipated to complete the booking but we are very happy with the resulting booking.
