Miles Morgan Travel - Devizes Arvostelua

Molly was a gem when it came to organizing our holiday for me and my two friends, she found us a very nice place in Lanzarote that ticked all our boxes and we are very much looking forward to a great holiday in 2026!

Very helpful knowledgable and efficient staff in Devizes, always makes sure I am happy with what was discussed.

Good advice, friendly and professional staff and it’s always nice when you have the personal approach.

We decided at late notice to book a particular holiday, phoned Suzanne the agent who started the procedure prior to visiting the shop. She already had our details from a previous booking so when I arrived it was just a case of confirming details and paying. So easy and efficient. We can all easily book on line but we like the security of getting it done with an expert to avoid any mistakes.

Clear, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Good to be able to speak to someone in person.

Suzanne in Devizes was very friendly and has helped us get the holiday that we wanted on several occasions.

Very helpful very polite and made it fun to book.

Would highly recommend Miles Morgan for travel planning. Mollie couldn’t have been more helpful and answered our many questions and adapted our trip according to our requirements. ☺️

Although we had a good idea of what we wanted Suzanne helped us finalise our plans. The whole booking process was made straightforward, quick and painless

Suzanne was really helpful and patient in helping us to home in on the holiday that we want! We would recommend MMT in Devizes to anybody seeking well informed advice and recommendations for the ideal holiday.

Great customer service. We wanted to discuss options for a river cruise and had questions about providers, levels of service, cabins etc. Mollie was extremely professional, helpfully answering all our (many) questions and liaising with our chosen provider to book our cruise. What a joy to be able to speak in person to someone who can help with all the fine details, some of which we would have missed if booking on line. Thank you Mollie, and also Suzanne, you both made the experience easy and fun!

Suzanne was brilliant, found exactly what we wanted, after being let down by the online company we'd originally booked with. She went through everything with us. Suggested things we may need but didn't pressure us to buy it.

Warm welcome upon entering the Agency.Careful attention to requirementof intended travel-dates and destination.Prompt use of computer to obtain the travel days requested. All questions answered to a successful conclusion.

Friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere with a fairly good understanding of what was required

We wanted to buy a gift card for a special occasion. We were able to do this with the help of Mollie . She was fantastic and helped us through the process of this explaining what was needed . We would definitely recommend your company and in particular Mollie . Many thanks . Mrs M Pedrick.

Mollie our advisor was fantastic from the start of our enquiry for a holiday in America. We were not sure where to go and a little hesitant but Mollie gave us confidence in booking compared to the other travel agents on Google.
We have been before a few years back to book our cruise, the service then was top form even before our due date Miles Morgan made sure we were happy.
