Being a first-time home buyer, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard at all. My journey to find my first home started over a year ago. From valuation, to the attention to detail he took in taking the pictures to the consideration and flexibility around viewings we knew we had made the right decision straight away.

He was prompt at answering any queries and super efficient at arranging viewings and our listing. He was always available and able to get involved for us when things weren't going as they should. He was as persistent as we needed him to be when chasing details through numerous solicitors and agents and thoughtful when explaining some of the complexities of house buying. You didn't have to chase him and you felt you were always dealing with someone who genuinely cared. I can only imagine how great he was at showing our prospective buyers the house and I genuinely felt he had our best interests at heart and that really can't be said for many estate agents!
