Took a month to arrive…sizing way off! Wanted to return for refund and have been ghosted by their customer service! Read all the reviews from different sources….all say the same thing! Do NOT buy from them!

I purchased a pair of sweatpant jeans from the brand Mila Rosabella. I received an order confirmation email, but no further updates. The links provided for their online store and order tracking are not working. I have contacted my bank to report them as fraudulent merchant and scam.

I ordered 2 items, received them the sizing was incorrect. Thr mediums fit like a small. Tried to return them all i got was an email saying their return center was down and they would just process my refund, that was 2 weeks ago I tried to reach out to the email I received and it doesn't exist. The website is gone too.

Store has disappeared? I went to try to send back a pair that was the wrong size and now the store has shut down? Terrible experience!

I received my order nearly 4 weeks after the order was placed despite ads stating 7-14 days. Once received, to my disappointment, the product was extremely poor quality. The worst I've ever experienced. Nothing like the advertisements on Instagram. Despite trying to contact Mila Rosabella several times via email requesting a return & refund, the emails either bounced back or I've received zero response. Their policy states that return/refund requests must be within 14 days. I tried calling a number listed online, but that led to nothing. This is incredibly disappointing. Do not order. This is a scam.

This is definitely a scam. They charged my credit card and said they would be refunding after I complained about the quality of my purchase. It has been over two months and still have not received any credit. Do not do business with this company.

This is a scam!! It says they were delivered December 14th and I never got them, bought the insurance but the website doesn't work and you can't even get on their website!

I see the same story that I have with this company with hundreds of others. Had Jessica as my contact with the company.. got total shit jeans.. too horrible to use as anything other than rags to wash my car. Fit was terrible and everything painted on. Jessica assured me I would get a refund in 7-10 days. Warehouse was closed so couldn’t return them. Wondering with knowing this company is a total scam that no one higher up can close them down??? Did anyone find a REAL company that sells these jeans?? Would love to have the advertised product if someone actually sells them.

DO NOT order. If I could give less than 1 star I would, I have contacted them over 50 times and been promised 2 different times that I will get my money back. Been working on the for over 3 months and nothing. I just tried to send another email and it came back to me. No way of getting in contact with the company.
I guess I am never going to see my refund, the product is awful even worse than awful.

Order never received. Ordered in September 2025 and it's now January 2026! Phone number disconnected. Emailed many times with zero response. But I was still charged for the jeans.

Terrible company, terrible product. I ordered the viral sweatpants jeans, received them 1 month after ordering and was very disappointed by the quality. The procedure is to write to the customer service to receive a return label, but I’ve written twice and have had no reply . Now it is not even possible to access their website. Total scam. Stay away.

These pants are very poor quality and very small. There is no way to return them. I don’t remember them being $50 either. This company is a scam.

They deserve zero stars. Total scam. Been a month and I’ve never received order. Laughable that you have to pay shipping protection fee and then They don’t reply to customer service emails. Don’t order from this company or you’ll waste your time and money.

Fraudulent company making money from all of us. Why doesn’t the government do anything about it. My mistake for not looking at reviews first. People are deceptive. And valnerable.

ZERO response to my request for a return. Order not showing up in my account. Glitchy website caused the order to be triplicated (yes, I was charged for 3).

Ill-fitting and poor quality to boot. Do not recommend.

I ordered these on December 21, 2025 (2 pairs). It says that they were delivered on 12/24/25. Not true! I was here all day and never received them. I have emailed them and so far no response. I can't seem to track them, even with the Shop App. $101.80 spent for nothing.

One star because I have to give something. Mila Rosabella is a total scam and zero customer service. I ordered an item, paid extra for the shipping insurance and never received it. I got a notice bus e-mail that I needed to contact USPS to report a missing package but there was never any follow from them up despite my attempts to reach customer service on multiple occasions. Stay away.

Wished I had read reviews. This is not a legit company. It's very cheap stuff from China. Definitely not as pictured and they will not get back to you about returning it. Stay away!!!!

The sweatpants jeans are extremely poor quality. I requested a refund the day after receiving them.

Since then, I have sent four emails and, as of today, have never received a response. There has been no acknowledgment of my refund request and no customer service follow-up whatsoever.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered a pair of sweatpants jeans in June 2025 and received the wrong pair. I sent them back for an exchange and never got them so I requested a refund. Despite 29 emails back and forth with Jessica Puntro, Customer Support, since July, I have not received the refund as of December 29. 2025. Their listed phone is non working and the Better Business Bureau cannot locate them with their listed address in CA.
