Buying our first home was easier than we expected.
Buying our first home was way easier than we thought it would be, we're so grateful to Tammy and her team for all her help and advice, so much more than just a broker would usually be expected to do. She answered endless questions and phone calls from us and guided us every step of the way. We'll be forever grateful for her and her team's help getting us on the property ladder and making the step from renting to owning so easy. Thanks Tammy!

Such a easy experience for us
Such a easy experience for us. My partner and I knew buying a house would be very difficult to the point it felt impossible. Tammy changed this view when we first met her. She was so positive and did everything for us. She was amazing and changed our lives. We are now going to have our first Christmas in our own home. Thank you so much Tammy.

From start to finish, Hayley guided us through the home buying process with knowledge, experience and a good sense of humour. Couldnt ask for a better mortgage broker
I worked with Hayley for getting a first home loan. I had absolutely no idea of what to expect or what to do and I am so glad I decided to go with Mike Pero because Hayley was amazing! Hayley was able to talk me through the whole process as it went along, answer any questions at anytime and was just super helful and LOVELY in general. It definitely made our part a lot easier and I cant say enough how great Hayley was to work with she took care of everything super fast and kept us updated of what was happening never leaving us in the dark which is important especially for first home buyers. Thankyou so much Hayley!

Good and bad
We found Tammy really good at the start, really helpful and definitely knew her stuff.
In the end it got frustrating and felt like things weren’t going ahead fast, I kept following up on a regular basis but kept being told we still had plenty of time and not to worry.
It ended up that things didn’t come through until an hour before they needed to and I believe only because we put the pressure on.
We personally found out from the bank the information early on but we couldn’t push it through as it was for the mortgage broker to do on our behalf, this is what the bank told us.
I also got told different stories at times was like it was forgotten what I had already been told and as each story was different you did wonder what the truth was.
Like I said started off great and was happy with the service but by the end I wasn’t happy
