From start to finish the service was outstanding. I called late on Wednesday afternoon as my dad had no tv due to no ariel and his sky box being broken and Lynden visited to fit a new Ariel Thursday. Lynden went way above and beyond in the service he provided, advice on what to buy as my dad’s tv was also broken which we didn’t know. Lynden fitted a new satellite dish while we went and got a new tv from Curry’s. By the time we got back the dish was fitted and Lynden then set up the tv for dad. He set it up in the simplest way possible for my dad so he can just see the tv channels when he turns it on and not all the other options that he doesn’t need or use. I really can’t thank Lynden enough for all he did this afternoon, the tv is a lifeline for my dad and tonight I left him to come home happily watching tv, I’d highly recommend this company and in particular Lynden, thank you again so much.

Lindon, was extremely friendly and professional in his assessment of our satellite dish which was very badly corroded. He very kindly fitted a new one for us straight away. Great service.

Your engineer Martin, was knowledgeable and polite, and answered all my questions.
My Samsung TV had recently been returned from a so-called repair under their guarantee scheme. When they re-installed / set it back up, to say they did "half a job" would be giving them too much credit.
After my attempts to describe what was wrong, Martin understood my concerns and needs. He clearly explained what he could do, and how he would help me.
In addition, whilst we had to create some mess / disruption to the area in question where additional work was needed, he cleaned up everything afterwards.

I needed a tv moved from one wall to another as needed to connect my bt vision box. The engineer explained that it couldn’t go on the wall I wanted as not strong enough. Luckily I had the stand for it and it was put on that. Engineer was so helpful, even connecting my bt vision box. As it was a new tv he went through all the functions. Absolutely first class service. Would not hesitate to recommend the company.
