Very poor and unhelpful customer service. Signed up for regular delivery, no updates, only to receive an email 7 days later to advise my return had been received. I hadn't received the goods to return them! No help given as to why and refund details didn't match what I had paid. Asked for clarification on the amount being refunded and received a rude reply asking me to review previous message for their response. If the previous message had been clear, I wouldn't have needed to send another message. It would have taken their customer service the same amount of time to actually confirm the details of the refund as it did to send the sarky response I received. They may have kept me as a customer if they had. Instead I immediately cancelled my subscription. Very poor communication.
Had an issue with the Oat version it wouldn’t froth up at all. On three separate occasions I have contacted the customer support team regarding this and I have not had a reply or been contacted at all regarding my issue. I have sent in all of the info that they request in such cases but it seems that they have made the sale and are quite contented at that. From such a forward looking company I expected better.
Top Ware und sehr schnelle Lieferungen. Sie haben nur noch nicht verstanden wie ein Abo funktioniert und kündigen es nach der ersten Lieferung. Macht keinen Sinn, macht aber nichts.
The oat milk is my staple monthly purchase now! When stored properly in the fridge and whisked up, the oat milk is perfect for coffee. It does separate a bit when just using it in the instant coffee as a pour-in (without whisking); however, there's nothing wrong with the taste. I've also used it to make white sauce, and it works perfectly!
This product isn't a non-dairy milk it is an emulsified gluuupe. It's thicker than olive oil. I shook the container it doesn't smell off but its completely put me off. My milk shouldn't be like custard.
Bought their powdered oat milk which I was sceptical about as i’m a little picky with oat milks, but it’s so good !! Mixes really well in coffee and the taste is lovely. So ideal for visiting places that may not have alternatives, i’ll be carrying with me everywhere now. Delivery was v efficient too :)
Worst milk I've ever had curdles in coffee. Horrible taste.
Ordered my usual subscription. It was damaged in transit due to poor packaging so never made it to me. I had to contact them as they did nothing about it. Then no response. Finally got a rude response through messenger. Not a single apology New package apparently on its it way we will see.
The taste is not even close to real milk. It tastes exactly like every other vegan milk alternative, although it says otherwise on the carton. You shouldn't advertise things that are simply not true.
Ich hatte kürzlich eine sehr negative Erfahrung mit Mightydrinks, die ich gerne teilen möchte, um andere Kunden vor ähnlichen Problemen zu warnen.
Ich habe eine Bestellung aufgegeben und war enttäuscht zu erfahren, dass meine Lieferung verloren gegangen ist. Ich habe versucht, den Kundenservice zu kontaktieren, um das Problem zu lösen, aber meine Anfragen wurden nicht beantwortet und ich konnte niemanden telefonisch erreichen. Schließlich erhielt ich eine Antwort, in der mir gesagt wurde, dass ich ein Formular für DHL ausfüllen müsse, um den Verlust der Ware zu melden.
Dies allein war schon ärgerlich genug, aber die Situation wurde noch schlimmer, als mir gesagt wurde, dass ich keine Ersatzlieferung erhalten würde, bis die verschwundene Ware zurückgeschickt wird. Ich war überhaupt nicht damit einverstanden, da ich nicht für den Verlust der Ware verantwortlich bin und es nicht fair ist, dass ich auf die Rücksendung der Ware warten muss, bevor ich eine Ersatzlieferung erhalten kann.
Was mich am meisten gestört hat, war die mangelnde Kommunikation von Mightydrinks. Ich habe keine klaren Anweisungen oder Informationen erhalten, was ich tun sollte, um das Problem zu lösen. Ich musste ständig nachfragen und meine Anfragen wurden oft ignoriert. Das hat mir das Gefühl gegeben, dass ich als Kunde nicht wertgeschätzt werde.
Insgesamt war meine Erfahrung mit Mightydrinks sehr frustrierend und ich würde es anderen Kunden nicht empfehlen, dort zu bestellen. Der Kundenservice war nicht hilfreich und die mangelnde Kommunikation hat dazu geführt, dass das Problem nicht effektiv gelöst werden konnte. Ich hoffe, dass Mightydrinks in Zukunft ihre Kunden besser behandeln wird und dass andere Kunden nicht dieselben Probleme haben werden, die ich hatte.
Bought it online, after two weeks I received an email that they have to cancel my order as the product is not available at the moment… I do understand limited access to materials atm, but stop the heavy marketing of the product on Instagram etc if it’s not in stock… especially stop selling it online if you don’t have it in stock? It’s still available to order, I even tried it another time - again same procedure… please take the barista milk off of the German homepage if you can’t ship … just super annoying
Dreadful website advertise offers that don’t exist then when you message nobodies bothered.
Go else where, they’ll probably appreciate your custom more than this place
I had the opportunity to try the barista “milk” and hands down it is the best vegan milk I’ve ever tasted. Absolutely perfect in my milk frother, you would not know it’s not dairy. I’m in Australia so unfortunately can’t subscribe but I have been, and will continue to, but it from Coles. Please introduce your fabulous products to other supermarkets in Aus, I’m keen to try the other products in your range. Congratulations on a beautiful vegan friendly milk (and I’m not vegan but it will make transitioning so much easier)!🙏🏻🙏🏻
Has the worst customer service. I have been waiting almost a month for my subscription to be delivered. Twice they said that they have sent it then got a quarter of what I ordered. You get fobbed off with glib standard customer service replies. Live chat not working and no way to speak to anyone. Each time that you want to follow up, you have to go onto the website and fill out a form. Don't seem to value their regular customers.
We bought this milk at our local Tesco and were very hopeful, however it wasn't to be. The milk separated in our coffee but there was no warning it wasn't suitable. I emailed twice for advice and was completely ignored both times! Not very good milk and no customer service! Thankfully it is an expanding market and we have found a much better alternative!
I placed an order on next day delivery its didn't come, said there was an exception which delayed the delivery, I left it a few days and spoke to Laura via Web chat, she was lovely refunded my delivery and apologised she asked me to wait another few days which I did but it didn't come. I went back in Web chat got through to Laura again and she offered to resend the goods or give me a refund. I chose to have the goods, the next day I got an email saying it was getting delivered but it never came it said there was another exception an delivery was delayed I've left it a few days got through via Web chat too someone called Courtney who tried fobbing me off saying I'm not aloud a refund and have to wait for the goods to be delivered, apparently I can return it if I don't want them anymore. Service is shocking, I wouldn't recommend ordering from the website.
Very dishonest customer service. I canceled an order immediately after placing it but they still shipped product. The product hasn’t been delivered yet but they still refuse to cancel the order.
The barista oat milk was on offer in Tesco over the Xmas period so I decided to stock up. 5 of them went down the drain, complete waste of money. Probably the worst tasting oat milk I have ever tried. Stick to Oatly Barista even if slightly more expensive.
Nearly two weeks after I paid for an online order, I had an email saying that they were sorry that I'd decided to return it. What??? I never received any tracking info, I never received my order and I most definitely hadn't decided to return it.
This was my first time buying direct and I'm really Not Impressed.
Terrible customer service. Initially signed up for a free 1l milk. Then they kept sending order updates and how the carton was dispatched. Then they said that there was a promotion error on their website.
Okay fine understandable, not ideal, but mistakes happen of course...
But then... they sent 15-16 emails saying the same thing: saying that the order had been cancelled and there was no stopping it, or unsubscribe button.
So in the end had to block the email address and mark it as spam. They then had the cheek to send me promotional emails regarding their milk.
Just very unprofessional and rude to be honest.
