Piotr is just the best
Piotr is just the best. Bringing so much authenticity, vulnerability and energy to each session so you feel free to be fully yourself and safely unfold under his guidance. I love that he has so much knowledge not only about breathing, but about body physiology and mindset.
This guy brings his full self to each session. His positive energy makes you smile and believe in yourself more. Always real, always open to share vulnerably about his experience that everyone can relate to.

I’ve had 2 sessions with Piotr in our…
I’ve had 2 sessions with Piotr in our unpack sessions doing breath work which went crazy deep, a complete journey that Piotr comfortably and thoroughly puts you through to face who you really are. I was a complete beginner to breath work but ever since doing it with Piotr I now realise the importance breath work has on our health and body. Apart from the sessions, Piotr is a great guy to work with, he’s the most kindest and loving soul I’ve ever met and without a doubt you will feel comfortable around him no matter what. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with him❤️🙌🏼

I had the pleasure of participating in several breathwork sessions with Piotr, including a half-day workshop. Throughout these sessions, I felt completely in good hands, thanks to his passion, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
I wholeheartedly trust Piotr and am incredibly grateful to have met this wonderful being and gained a friend on my journey.

I met my future self
I was never much into breathwork but then I met Piotr and decided to give it a try.
I was part of a 3-hour experience, Unpack Yourself. Surprisingly, I saw my future self. She told me to keep going and reassured that I am on the right path. Connecting to my breath really allowed to go deep. I needed it.
Piotr creates a very calm and safe container with his voice. In such a space, anything is possible. You just need to lean in and trust.
